本实用新型涉及一种用于工字轮整形的整形器。
背景技术
目前胶管钢丝是采用工字轮进行包装、装载，工字轮需循环使用，工字轮在周转过程中，使用一段时间后，会发生变形，导致其不能正常使用，因此必须对其进行整形。过去的整修方式是由工作人员通过锤子等器具的敲击进行整形，这种方式工人工作强度大，工作效率低，且整形效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种工字轮整形器，来解决工字轮整形效果差，工作效率低的问题。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型的工字轮模具I的一侧通过活页与工字轮模具II的一侧连接在一起，在工字轮模具I的另一侧设有把手。
通过以上设置，本实用新型可快速的对变形的工字轮进行整形，且整形效果好，降低了工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的工字轮模具I1的一侧通过活页2与工字轮模具II3的一侧连接在一起，在工字轮模具I1的另一侧设有把手4。
工作原理：工作时先将本实用新型安装于冲床上，然后再将变形的工字轮5放于工字轮模具II3内，通过把手4将工字轮模具I1闭合，工字轮5被本实用新型包裹，开启冲床，在冲床的冲压力作用下，将变形的工字轮5整形。这种整形方式操作简便，劳动强度低、工作效率高。

1.工字轮整形器，其特征在于：工字轮模具I的一侧通过活页与工字轮模具II的一侧连接在一起，在工字轮模具I的另一侧设有把手。
