本实用新型公开一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机，在精轧机的带钢后引板的下方设置有下喷雾头，在轧制中心的上方设置有，上喷雾头的喷射方向为带钢与上轧辊的切点，下喷雾头的喷射方向为带钢与下轧辊的切点，上喷雾头和下喷雾头共用一根高压水管供水，在精轧机前后机架之间设置有挡水板，挡水板设置在轧制中心上方的机架上。其优点是将带钢精轧轧钢时产生的粉尘被水雾除掉，通过水系统的沉淀，将粉尘回收做烧结原料使用，实现了资源的回收利用，不但有效地改善了车间的工作环境，同时保证了员工的身体健康，也创造了可观的经济效益。

本实用新型涉及一种带钢轧机，尤其是一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机。
背景技术
目前，精轧轧机没有设置除尘装置。精轧轧机在正常轧钢生产中产生的粉尘对生产环境造成了严重污染，同时也直接影响员工的身体健康。因此，设计一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机，在精轧机的带钢后引板的下方设置有下喷雾头，在轧制中心的上方设置有，上喷雾头的喷射方向为带钢与上轧辊的切点，下喷雾头的喷射方向为带钢与下轧辊的切点，上喷雾头和下喷雾头共用一根高压水管供水，在精轧机前后机架之间设置有挡水板，挡水板设置在轧制中心上方的机架上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型将带钢精轧轧钢时产生的粉尘被水雾除掉，通过水系统的沉淀，将粉尘回收做烧结原料使用，实现了资源的回收利用，不但有效地改善了车间的工作环境，同时保证了员工的身体健康，也创造了可观的经济效益。

1.一种带有水雾除尘装置的精轧机，其特征在于：在精轧机（1）的带钢后引板（5）的下方设置有下喷雾头（4），在轧制中心的上方设置有，上喷雾头（2）的喷射方向为带钢（6）与上轧辊的切点，下喷雾头（4）的喷射方向为带钢（6）与下轧辊的切点，上喷雾头（2）和下喷雾头（4）共用一根高压水管供水，在精轧机前后机架之间设置有挡水板（3），挡水板（3）设置在轧制中心上方的机架（1）上。
