一种整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,包括芯轴、保护套、螺纹盖板,所述芯轴两端设置有外螺纹,两个螺纹盖板中心圆孔内均设置有与芯轴外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,保护套设置在两个螺纹盖板之间。本实用新型包装盒一般每盒可包装50-200片,与原单片包装相比不仅包装效率高,方便拆卸和取出,而且防护性好、安全可靠,同时该包装盒可重复利用、符合低碳理念。

本实用新型属于一种包装盒,尤其设计一种超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒。 
背景技术
整体型超薄切割砂轮是广泛应用于半导体、陶瓷、磁性材料等贵重材料的精密切割及切槽的一种精密刀具。具有厚度薄(0.1-2.0mm)、重量轻、刚性差、易损坏等特点。目前市场上的整体型超薄切割砂轮的包装,包括我公司和国外的同类产品大多是采用单片单盒单衬垫的包装方式,当用户一次订货达到数百片时,就要消耗数百个包装盒,包装费时费力,拆卸和取出不方便,而且产品的防护性不佳,在运输和使用过程中容易受到损伤,因此迫切需要一种更科学合理、经济、环保的包装方式。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种包装盒,以解决原包装方式的效率低,拆卸和取出不方便,保护性差及不适用于大批量出货的包装问题。 
为了达到上述目的采用以下技术方案:一种整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,包括芯轴、保护套、螺纹盖板,所述芯轴两端设置有外螺纹,两个螺纹盖板中心圆孔内均设置有与芯轴外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,保护套设置在两个螺纹盖板之间。 
所述螺纹盖板为阶梯状同心圆柱,内侧圆柱直径不大于保护套内径、大于砂轮外径,外侧圆柱直径大于保护套内径。 
所述芯轴为空心管或实芯柱体,芯轴的外径小于砂轮中心孔的内径。 
所述螺纹盖板内侧设置有缓冲材料保护层。 
本实用新型芯轴两端有螺纹用于固定螺纹盖板;芯轴用于被包装产品的定位;两端的缓冲材料保护层保护被包装的产品免受碰撞损坏;两端的螺纹盖板用于紧固被包装的产品。本实用新型包装盒一般每盒可包装50-200片,与原单片包装相比不仅包装效率高,方便拆卸和取出,而且防护性好、安全可靠,同时该包装盒可重复利用、符合低碳理念。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,包括芯轴1、保护套3、螺纹盖板2、缓冲材料保护层4,所述芯轴1两端设置有外螺纹,两个螺纹盖板2中心圆孔内均设置有与芯轴1外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,保护套3设置在两个螺纹盖板之间。所述螺纹盖板为阶梯状同心圆柱,内侧圆柱直径不大于保护套内径、大于砂轮外径,外侧圆柱直径大于保护套内径;芯轴为空心管或实芯柱体,芯轴的外径小于砂轮中心孔的内径。所述螺纹盖板内侧设置有缓冲材料保护层4。 
芯轴1采用塑料管制作,内径可不加工,外径与砂轮内径保持适当间隙以方便装配,两端制作出外螺纹以便与螺纹盖板2的内螺纹相连接;保护套3也采用塑料管制作,外表面抛光,内径与砂轮外径保持适当的间隙,保护套两端依靠阶梯状同心圆柱与螺纹盖板2相连接。缓冲材料保护层4主要是保护产品5不受冲击并起到减震夹紧作用,厚度可根据产品而确定。 
使用方法:将产品5按发货量整理成N片/每组(50片/组-200片/组)。选取相应长度尺寸的包装盒拧开一端的螺丝盖板;将缓冲材料先放入盒内;再将产品5套于心轴上并推入盒内;垫入另一缓冲材料板;拧紧去掉的螺丝盖板并确认产品在盒内位置牢靠无窜动;在盒外贴上产品标识。

1.一种整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,其特征是:包括芯轴(1)、保护套(3)、螺纹盖板(2),所述芯轴(1)两端设置有外螺纹,两个螺纹盖板(2)中心圆孔内均设置有与芯轴外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,保护套(3)设置在两个螺纹盖板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,其特征是:所述螺纹盖板为阶梯状同心圆柱,内侧圆柱直径不大于保护套内径、大于砂轮外径,外侧圆柱直径大于保护套内径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,其特征是:所述芯轴为空心管或实芯柱体,芯轴的外径小于砂轮中心孔的内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的整体型超薄切割砂轮专用包装盒,其特征是:所述螺纹盖板内侧设置有缓冲材料保护层(4)。
