背景技术：随着社会的进步，人们生活水平的不断提高，人们娱乐出现多样化的形式。如斗地主，打麻将玩纸牌、喝茶聊天等等。这些娱乐形式也有利于人们的团结友谊，社会的和谐，身体的健康。但到了冬天，坐在桌子边玩乐聊天非常冷。虽然也有可供热的麻将桌，但其结构比较复杂，耗能较大，普及起来比较困难。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的在于克服冬天现有娱乐场所的取暖设备比较复杂的技术缺陷，为人们提供一种娱乐用取暖鞋。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的。
本实用新型的娱乐用取暖鞋，由鞋底和鞋面2构成，其特征是鞋底有三层，底层为隔热材料层1，面层为导热材料层3，中间层为加热元件层4。
上述加热元件层4内的加热元件与电源相连。所述加热元件层(4)上还设置有药物层。
本实用新型是设计人在实践中研制出来的科学实用的技术方案，本实用新型克服冬天现有娱乐场所的供热设备比较复杂的技术缺陷，根据人们娱乐时如果脚暖和了就全身暖和了的道理，将加热元件设施在鞋子的底部。需要取暖的人们穿上这种鞋就可以达到暖和全身的目的。且这种加热方式所需电源的工率比较小，节约能源， 也减少娱乐成本。产品的底层和面层可以设计成可以分离的，即加热材料层的加热元件可以更换。加热元件层4内的加热元件，加热元件可以直接与电源连接，也可以是不需电源的加热元件或已充电好了的加热元件等等，如常用的电热毯结构。本实用新型的产品可以用于斗地主，打麻将等娱乐场所，也可以用于茶馆，用于家庭老年人取暖，或用于野外娱乐场所取暖。

如图1所示：本实用新型的娱乐用取暖鞋，由鞋底和鞋面2构成，其特征是鞋底有三层，底层为隔热材料层1，如隔热材料层为隔热塑料或橡胶，面层为导热材料层3，导热材料层为棉布料，中间层为加热元件层4。加热元件层4内的加热元件。加热元件层4可以是现有电热毯或暖手袋相同的结构。即加热元件层4可以与电源相连进行就地加热，也可以是已加热好了的加热元件。本例底层和面层可以设计成可以分离的，带拉链的结构，以便于加热元件的更换。
本例加热元件层4端头设置有电源插口5用于与电源的相连。所述加热元件层(4)上还设置有药物层(图中未给出)。所述药物可以是遇热挥发的可以杀菌且清香的中草药如青蒿、薄荷等。

1.一种娱乐用取暖鞋，由鞋底和鞋面(2)构成，其特征在于鞋底有三层，底层为隔热材料层(1)，面层为导热材料层(3)，中间层为加热元件层(4)，加热元件层(4)内的加热元件与电源相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的娱乐用取暖鞋，其特征在于所述加热元件层(4)上设置有药物层。
