本实用新型提供了一种煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆,由三股动力线芯及包裹于动力线芯外的护套组成,其中:动力线芯由内至外依次为动力线芯导体、绝缘层及金属屏蔽层,金属屏蔽层兼作地线。由于在动力线芯导体外依次包裹绝缘层及金属屏蔽层,与同类产品比较其阻燃性和抗静电性显著提高,适于煤矿井下用配电线路。

本实用新型属于电缆制造技术领域,具体涉及一种煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆。
背景技术
煤炭是我国第一大能源,产量居全球首位。随着煤炭行业整合重组力度的不断加大,煤炭企业的机械化程度愈来愈高,煤炭行业对各种矿用橡套电缆的需求也不断增加,为了保障采煤安全,对电缆的安全可靠性提出了更高的要求。由于在矿井下电缆时常会遭受煤块的砸压、挤压、冲击、刮划、摩擦及其他机械力作用,再加上地下潮湿环境的影响,普通电缆表面的护套橡皮由于抗张强度和抗撕裂强度差,极易损坏而失去保护电缆的作用,给煤炭行业作业埋下安全隐患。因此,迫切需要为煤矿提供高强度金属屏蔽矿用电缆。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆,由三股动力线芯及包裹于动力线芯外的护套组成,其中:动力线芯由内至外依次为动力线芯导体、绝缘层及金属屏蔽层,金属屏蔽层兼作地线。
所述金属屏蔽层采用镀锡软铜丝加涤纶丝进行编织,密度为80%以上,大大提高了电缆的阻燃性及抗静电性;
所述动力线芯导体采用复式束绞,绞合节距比小于10倍,提高了电缆抗拉性能。
本实用新型的优点在于:
本实用新型的金属屏蔽层兼作地线使用,在保证电缆性能的同时简化了电缆结构,节约了成本;在动力线芯导体外依次包裹绝缘层及金属屏蔽层,其阻燃性和抗静电性优良,适于煤矿井下用配电线路。

下面结合附图来具体说明:
参考附图1,煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆,由三股动力线芯及包裹于动力线芯外的护套(4)组成,其中:动力线芯由内至外依次为动力线芯导体(1)、绝缘层(2)及金属屏蔽层(3)。
动力线芯导体(1)用无氧铜杆制作,铜的电阻率小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m(20℃),将拉丝后的软铜线进行镀锡处理,防止在加工过程和使用过程中的氧化现象,制作时采用复式束绞,绞合节距比小于10倍。
绝缘层(2)采用乙丙橡皮为主的混合材料,其性能符合GB7594.8标准;金属屏蔽层(3)采用镀锡软铜丝加涤纶丝进行编织,密度为80%以上,兼作地线;护套(4)采用氯丁橡皮为主的混合材料,其性能符合GB7594.9标准。
本实用新型产品主要性能见下表:
出厂耐压试验表明:额定电压1.9/3.3kV主线芯应经受工频电压6.8kV/5min不击穿;额定电压3.6/6kV主线芯应经受工频电压11kV/5min不击穿。

2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆,其特征在于,所述金属屏蔽层采用镀锡软铜丝加涤纶丝进行编织,密度为80%以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用金属屏蔽橡套软电缆,其特征在于,所述动力线芯导体采用复式束绞,绞合节距比小于10倍。
