Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种机房用活动地板，由板基(1)和填充体(9)构成，其特点在于，支撑框架(3)的底面和/或侧面上向内开设有钉状卷边孔(7)，支撑框架(3)的侧立面上沿有向内折边(6)，面板(2)压接在填充体(9)和折边(6)之间，采用这种结构的活动地板，不仅能确保填充体与板基结合紧固，有效改善地板的受力分布，而且结构新颖简单，生产容易。

本实用新型涉及建材领域，特别涉及一种用于计算机机房或通讯机房的活动地板块。
背景技术
随着计算机技术的不断发展，各种新兴的业务模式和技术不断涌现，机房建设的要求也相应提高，机房装修做为机房建设中的一个重要内容，对机房品质有着重要影响，架空活动地板来铺设地面是机房建设的普遍做法，在活动地板下方铺设管线能大大方便对管线的维修保养，现有的架空活动地板采用的是内充水泥等填充物的钢地板，其板基是由上表面平面钢板和下部压形钢板组合焊接而成，泡沫水泥等材料形成的填充体位于基板中间的空腔，这种结构的活动地板，由于其填充体难以与板基紧固结合，从而只能起到辅助承重作用，且需要焊接，生产工艺复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种结构合理的机房用活动地板，能有效的将填充体与板基紧固的结合在一起，且结构简单、成本低廉。
为解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
机房用活动地板，由板基和填充体构成，板基由面板和支撑框架组合而成，填充体位于板基中腔，支撑框架为托盘状，支撑框架的底面和/或侧面上向内开设有钉状卷边孔，支撑框架的侧立面上沿有向内折边，面板压接在填充体和折边之间。
采用这种结构的活动地板，在生产过程中，先将面板和支撑框架组合，然后满填泡沫水泥等材料，钉状卷边孔深入到填充体内部，确保填充体与板基结合紧固，能有效改善地板的受力分布，不仅荷载强度高，隔音防火效果好，而且结构新颖简单，生产容易。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。
如图1和图2所示，该机房用活动地板的板基1成方形，由面板2和支撑框架3组合而成，支撑框架3成方形托盘状，底面边沿有突起4，用以与架空支架配合，支撑框架3的侧面顶端向内弯折，形成内折边5，面板2为一平板，其边缘加工有与支撑框架顶沿相适宜的裙边6，支撑框架3的底面和侧面，均开设有钉状卷边孔7，卷边孔7的卷边8向外翻折，泡沫水泥满填在由面板2和支撑框架3之间的空腔中，形成填充体9，卷边孔7嵌含在填充体9内，面板2因填充体9的挤压，顶固在支撑框架上，填充体9通过其体内的钉状卷边孔7与支撑框架3紧密的结合在一起。

1.机房用活动地板，由板基(1)和填充体(9)构成，板基(1)由面板(2)和支撑框架(3)组合而成，填充体(9)位于板基(1)中腔，其特征在于：支撑框架(3)为托盘状，支撑框架(3)的底面和/或侧面上向内开设有钉状卷边孔(7)，支撑框架(3)的侧立面上沿有向内折边(6)，面板(2)压接在填充体(9)和折边(6)之间。
