Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种注水哑铃，包括手柄和两个铃体，所述铃体为中空圆柱体，其远离手柄的端面上开有注水孔，注水孔处螺纹连接密封孔塞，所述手柄表面设有海绵层。将传统哑铃的两个铃体改造成空腔结构，并在其端面上开有注水孔，从该孔处往铃体内注入水或者沙子，盖上密封孔塞，铃体具有了重量，运用其便可进行锻炼，不用时候，可以将其内的水或沙子倒出，铃体重量减轻，便于携带；在手柄表面设有海绵层，海绵层具有吸汗功能，防止大量出汗后铃体从手中滑落，消除了安全隐患。

背景技术
哑铃运动因其不受空间限制且锻炼效果好而广受欢迎，现有的哑铃均采用硬质金属制成，具有一定的重量，但因其本身重量也使得传统哑铃不便于携带且重量无法改变；另外，举哑铃运动过程中会出汗，汗渍较多的情况下手会打滑，哑铃从手中滑落可能会对人体造成伤害，存有安全隐患。

为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种注水哑铃，包括手柄和两个铃体，所述铃体为中空圆柱体，其远离手柄的端面上开有注水孔，注水孔处螺纹连接密封孔塞，所述手柄表面设有海绵层。
