本实用新型公开一种大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体,由桶体和上盖组成,桶体中间有挡板,挡板两端高,中间低,高出部分与桶体端口高度齐平,上盖内设有与挡板高出部分相对应且与上盖热封端口高度齐平的加强筋。该壳体内腔分成两部分,挡板与加强筋在壳体焊合时形成热封条,明显增大壳体的热封面积,提高了上盖和桶体结合强度,能分散电池内部应力和外部受力,防止壳体变形和破裂,提高电池使用性能和寿命,特别适用于800~1000AH的大容量铅酸蓄电池。

本实用新型涉及密封铅酸蓄电池壳体,特别是800~1000AH大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体。
背景技术
密封铅酸蓄电池作为当今最为成熟的二次电池,以其原材料资源丰富、生产工艺简单、使用性能好、废品可回收再利用等优点,越来越受到人们的青睐和重视,特别是800AH以上的大容量电池应用日益广泛。大容量铅酸蓄电池对其壳体的要求很高。现有的大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体是靠桶体和上盖端口处的热焊而形成密封的,由于壳体较大,而端口周边热封面有限,往往达不到桶体和上盖的结合强度,且有应力集中现象,这样在电池搬运和使用过程中,会由于外部受力和内部应力释放而产生壳体破裂的危险,严重影响电池的使用性能和使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结合强度高、使用安全可靠、能提高电池使用性能和寿命的大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体。
本实用新型的技术方案是:大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体,由桶体和上盖组成,其改进之处是桶体中间设有挡板,所述挡板的两端高出中间部分,高出部分与桶体的端口高度齐平,上盖内部设有与挡板高出部分相对应的并且与上盖热封端口高度齐平的加强筋。
所述挡板高出部分宽2.5~3.5mm,长30~35mm,所述上盖内部加强筋宽4~5mm,长30~35mm。
采用上述技术方案,该电池壳体内部设有挡板,将内腔分成两部分,挡板中间低,便于内部安装,两端高出部分与上盖内的加强筋在壳体焊合时形成热封条,这样明显增大了壳体的热封面积,提高了上盖和桶体的结合强度,分散了电池内部应力和外部受力,有效防止电池壳体的变形和破裂现象,安全可靠,提高了电池使用性能和寿命,特别适用于大容量密封铅酸蓄电池。

具体实施方式
参见附图,桶体1内腔中间设有挡板2,挡板的两端高,中间低,其中高出部分3与桶体的端口4高度齐平,高出部分宽3mm,长30mm。上盖5内部设有与挡板高出部分相对应的并且与上盖热封端口7高度齐平的加强筋6,加强筋宽4mm,长30mm。

1.一种大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体,由桶体和上盖组成,其特征是桶体中间设有挡板,所述挡板的两端高出中间部分,高出部分与桶体的端口高度齐平,上盖内部设有与挡板高出部分相对应的并且与上盖热封端口高度齐平的加强筋。
2.按权利要求1所述大容量铅酸蓄电池壳体,其特征是所述挡板高出部分宽2.5~3.5mm,长30~35mm,所述上盖内部加强筋宽4~5mm,长30~35mm。
