背景技术
中国实用新型专利02281039.0于2003年10月8日公开了一种用于汽车上的三球销式等速万向节，其密封罩一端固定在腔内有三条轴线平行柱形沟道的外壳开口上，另一端固定在中间轴上，该中间轴位于外壳内的一端连接三球销总成。由于密封罩固定于中间轴上，而中间轴在工作过程中会大速率转动，因而密封罩与中间轴间会产生磨损和间隙。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种能够消除密封罩于中间轴间隙磨损及间隙的三柱销式等速万向节。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种三柱销式等速万向节，包括中间轴及套接于中间轴上的防尘罩，其特征在于：所述中间轴上设有轴承，所述防尘罩小径端设于所述轴承上，防尘罩小径端的外壁在轴承位置设有卡箍。
作为优选，所述轴承为深沟球轴承。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，在防尘罩与中间轴间设有轴承，因而能够消除密封罩于中间轴间隙磨损及间隙。

如图1所示，为本实用新型一种三柱销式等速万向节的实施例，包括中间轴1及套接于中间轴上的防尘罩2，所述中间轴上设有轴承3，所述防尘罩小径端设于所述轴承上，防尘罩小径端的外壁在轴承位置设有卡箍4。所述轴承3为深沟球轴承。防尘罩小径端的内壁设有凹槽，所述轴承就嵌设于凹槽内。

1.一种三柱销式等速万向节，包括中间轴(1)及套接于中间轴上的防尘罩(2)，其特征在于：所述中间轴上设有轴承(3)，所述防尘罩小径端设于所述轴承上，防尘罩小径端的外壁在轴承位直设有卡箍(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三柱销式等速万向节，其特征在于：所述轴承(3)为深沟球轴承。
