Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种塑料燃油分配器，是以两端的塑料堵头与塑料燃油分配器本体形成封闭的中空管腔，其特征是分体设置两端塑料堵头和燃油分配器本体，在塑料堵头与塑料燃油分配器本体之间是采用卡接或螺丝联接的结构形式。本实用新型的结构形式彻底避免了在中空管腔内形成焊接熔渣，保证了塑料燃油分配器的管腔中的清洁度，由此提高发动机性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及发动机附件，更具体地说是一种发动机塑料燃油分配器。
背景技术
发动机塑料燃油分配器的结构形式如图1所示，是以两端的塑料堵头2与塑料燃油分配器本体1形成一个封闭的中空管腔，已有技术中，两端塑料堵头2是采用焊接方式与塑料燃油分配器本体1进行联接。实际应用中存在的问题是，在对塑料构件进行焊接时，难免有微小的熔融焊渣颗粒喷出，焊渣附着在塑料燃油分配器管腔内壁上，造成塑料燃油分配器清洁度问题，进而影响发动机工作，降低发动机性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处，提供一种塑料燃油分配器，以保证其管腔内壁的清洁度，提高发动机性能。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型塑料燃油分配器，是以两端的塑料堵头与塑料燃油分配器本体形成封闭的中空管腔，本实用新型的结构特点是分体设置两端塑料堵头和燃油分配器本体，在所述塑料堵头与塑料燃油分配器本体之间是采用卡接或螺丝联接的结构形式。
本实用新型塑料燃油分配器的结构特点也在于在塑料燃油分配器本体的端面与塑料堵头之间放置有用于密封塑料燃油分配器本体和塑料堵头之间接缝的密封圈。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
1、本实用新型消除了传统塑料燃油分配器在两端头焊接时可能出现的熔融焊渣颗粒喷出问题，保证了塑料燃油分配器的清洁度，因此提高了发动机性能。
2、本实用新型由于不产生焊渣，也因此不再需要清理焊渣，提高效率、降低成本。

具体实施方式
参见图2a和图3a，本实施例中，分体设置两端塑料堵头2和燃油分配器本体1，以两端的塑料堵头2与塑料燃油分配器本体1形成封闭的中空管腔。
参见图2a和图2b，在塑料燃油分配器本体1的两端头，位于塑料燃油分配器本体1的侧部，均匀设置各卡座4，在塑料堵头2的对应位置上设置各卡头3，卡座4和卡头3之间形成卡接。为了保证密封，在塑料燃油分配器本体1的端面与塑料堵头2之间放置有用于密封塑料燃油分配器本体1和塑料堵头2之间接缝的密封圈5。
参见图3a和图3b，另一种实施方式是在塑料堵头2与塑料燃油分配器本体1之间是采用螺丝联接。在塑料燃油分配器本体1的两端头，位于塑料燃油分配器本体1的侧部，以螺丝6在塑料堵头2与塑料燃油分配器本体1之间进行固定联接。为了保证密封，在塑料燃油分配器本体1的端面与塑料堵头2之间放置有用于密封塑料燃油分配器本体1和塑料堵头2之间接缝的密封圈5。
具体实施中，塑料燃油分配器本体1与两端的塑料堵头2分别注塑成型的，在放置密封圈5之后，直接卡接或螺丝6锁紧连接，吹气清洁之后进行包装，整个过程要求在洁净环净中中完成。

1.一种塑料燃油分配器，是以两端的塑料堵头(2)与塑料燃油分配器本体(1)形成封闭的中空管腔，其特征是分体设置两端塑料堵头(2)和燃油分配器本体(1)，在所述塑料堵头(2)与塑料燃油分配器本体(1)之间是采用卡接或螺丝联接的结构形式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料燃油分配器，其特征是在塑料燃油分配器本体(1)的端面与塑料堵头(2)之间放置有用于密封塑料燃油分配器本体(1)和塑料堵头(2)之间接缝的密封圈(5)。
