本实用新型涉及一种建筑型材，尤其是一种无需焊接、安装方便的组合门框。
背景技术
目前市场上的金属门框，均采用门框成型后再焊接的生产方式，但焊接后的金属门框体积较大，不便运输；为此，人们采取使用PVC覆塑钢板或表面喷涂好的钢板生产门框，但焊接好后却会损坏钢板表面，影响门框的外观效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中的问题，提供一种无需焊接、安装方便的组合门框。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种组合门框，包括母主框和子主框，所述母主框的端部设有至少一卯眼，所述子主框的端部设有至少一榫头，所述榫头与所述卯眼相匹配，所述母主框和子主框的端部垂直插接。
所述子主框具有一侧设有开口的半封闭形状的腔体，所述开口的上、下边缘处向内垂直弯折形成勾部，所述母主框的另一侧的端部设有所述榫头；所述母主框的端部垂直插接在所述子主框的腔体内，所述母主框的端部设有与所述勾部相匹配的安装长孔和与所述榫头相匹配的卯眼。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于母主框、子主框端呈直角组装，坚实牢固，且组装简单，无需焊接，避免了焊接后金属门框体积大造成的运输困难，且不会损坏钢板表面，使美观性大大提高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示，本实用新型一种组合门框，包括母主框1和子主框2，所述母主框1的端部设有一卯眼3，所述子主框2的端部设有一榫头4，所述榫头与所述卯眼相匹配，所述母主框和子主框的端部垂直插接。
所述子主框2具有一侧设有开口6的半封闭形状的腔体5，所述开口的上、下边缘处向内垂直弯折形成勾部7，设置勾部可防止母主框从子主框上脱离；所述榫头设置在所述母主框的另一侧的端部；所述母主框1的端部垂直插接在所述子主框的腔体5内，所述母主框1的端部设有与所述勾部相匹配的安装长孔8和与所述榫头相匹配的所述卯眼3。
本实用新型的母主框和子主框均采用冲压工艺一次成型。

1.一种组合门框，包括母主框和子主框，其特征是：所述母主框的端部设有至少一卯眼，所述子主框的端部设有至少一榫头，所述榫头与所述卯眼相匹配，所述母主框和子主框的端部垂直插接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合门框，其特征是：所述子主框具有一侧设有开口的半封闭形状的腔体，所述开口的上、下边缘处向内垂直弯折形成勾部，所述母主框的另一侧的端部设有所述榫头；所述母主框的端部垂直插接在所述子主框的腔体内，所述母主框的端部设有与所述勾部相匹配的安装长孔和与所述榫头相匹配的卯眼。
