背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越注重建筑装饰。常用的装饰材料有瓷砖。
具有抛釉层的瓷砖集抛光砖和仿古砖的优点于一体，不仅具有抛光砖的透明感及玉质光泽感，而且较抛光砖耐脏，不易吸污，同时其釉面花色又能透出色彩丰富的图案，仿古砖般图案丰富，色彩厚重或绚丽。具有金属效果的釉面砖可以呈现一定的金属光泽，装饰效果典雅高贵，将全抛釉与金属釉融合在一起，可以达到更好的装饰效果，如仿金丝玉效果。
现有的金丝玉效果的瓷砖，一般是将金属电镀固定在抛釉层得到。这种结构的仿金丝玉效果的瓷砖，金属层容易脱落，不能耐受长期擦洗，使用寿命短。当金属层脱落后，其仿金丝玉效果也相应的丧失，反而降低了瓷砖的装饰效果。
