Abstract

一种多层交错布点导光元件结构,包括第一导光层、第二导光层、扩散层及雾化层。第一导光层设有多个第一亮点,第二导光层设有多个第二亮点,第一导光层及第二导光层层叠设置以使第一亮点与第二亮点交错分布,以增强亮度。扩散层遮盖第二导光层,以有效抑制亮度过亮问题并有效改善整体均光度。雾化层遮盖扩散层,以雾化光源及解决网点可视问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多层交错布点导光元件结构。
背景技术
当设计产品需要均匀亮光时,可行的方法是采用一组电致发光片(electroluminescence,简称EL)或者利用导光膜搭配发光二极管(Light EmittingDiode,简称LED)的方式。但前者成本高、寿命短且高噪音。所以,一般采用后者进行设计,但其技术缺点在于亮度及均光性难以两者兼得,并且无法改善网点可视的问题。因此,需提供一种多层交错布点导光元件结构,以同时达到高亮度及均光的效果,并且在出现网点可视的问题时,也可得到有效改善。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,需提供一种多层交错布点导光元件结构,以达到高亮度及均光度效果,并可改善网点可视的问题。
本实用新型一种实施方式中的多层交错布点导光元件结构,包括层叠设置的第一导光层及第二导光层,所述第一导光层设有多个第一亮点,所述第二导光层设有多个第二亮点,所述第一亮点与所述第二亮点交错分布。所述多层交错布点导光元件结构还包括扩散层,所述扩散层遮盖所述第二导光层。
优选地,所述多层交错布点导光元件结构还包括遮盖所述扩散层的雾化层。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的第一导光层及第二导光层层叠设置以使第一亮点及第二亮点交错分布,以增强亮度。遮盖于所述第二导光层的扩散层可以有效抑制亮度过亮的问题,以改善整体均光度。遮盖于所述扩散层的雾化层可以起到雾化光源并改善网点可视问题的作用。

具体实施方式
本实用新型之多层交错布点导光元件结构包括依次层叠布置的第一导光层10、第二导光层20、扩散层30及雾化层40。图1为本实用新型之第一导光层10及第二导光层20的排布结构。第一导光层10设有多个第一亮点100,第二导光层20设有多个第二亮点200。第二导光层20层叠于第一导光层10以使第一亮点100与第二亮点200交错分布。当光源50照射到第一导光层10之第一亮点100及及第二导光层20之第二亮点200时,这些交错分布的第一亮点100及第二亮点200可以使光源50之射入能量保持稳定,从而增强亮度。
图2为本实用新型之多层导光元件的层叠示意图及图3为本实用新型之多层导光元件的分解示意图。通过光学胶将扩散层30遮盖于第二导光层20。扩散层30为在基材上涂布扩散材料而制成。在本实施方式中,基材可以是高聚合物(polyethylene terephthalate,简称PET)或者聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,简称PC)。当光源50发出的光线经过第二导光层20射入扩散层30时,扩散层30可有效抑制亮度过亮问题,以有效改善整体均光度。雾化层40遮盖扩散层30,由聚酯树醴(Mylar)制成,具有雾化光源及解决网点可视问题等作用。
如图3所示,光源50发出的光线射入第一导光层10及第二导光层20上,受交错分布的第一亮点100及第二亮点200的作用,使这光亮度加强并射入扩散层30,由于扩散层30具有均光作用,因此,射出扩散层30的光线将均匀地射入雾化层40中。受雾化层40之雾化作用及雾化层40可以解决部分光线的网点可视问题,射出雾化层40之光线具有亮度高及均匀等特点。

Claims (2)

1.一种多层交错布点导光元件结构,包括层叠设置的第一导光层及第二导光层,所述第一导光层设有多个第一亮点,所述第二导光层设有多个第二亮点,所述第一亮点与所述第二亮点交错分布,其特征在于,所述多层交错布点导光元件结构还包括扩散层,所述扩散层遮盖所述第二导光层。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层交错布点导光元件结构,其特征在于,还包括遮盖所述扩散层的雾化层。
