本实用新型公开了一种侧槽式混凝土自保温多孔砖,包括砖体,所述砖体上表面设有至少四排相互平行、交错设置的长条形通孔,砖体的左右两侧各设有至少三条半开口槽,所述长条形通孔和半开口槽内均填充有聚苯颗粒。本技术方案针对北方雨水稀少,混凝土制品应用广泛的特点,在原先设计理念基础上进行改进,将多孔砖的长条形孔洞增加到四排以上,半开口的侧槽增加到三排以上,从而更好地体现节能效果。同时,利用蒸汽灌入的方式,将所有的孔洞及半开口孔洞进行聚苯颗粒满灌,从而可以大大提高节能指标。这种设计相当于在普通混凝土多孔砖的外侧铺贴8cm厚的挤塑保温板,因此,可广泛用于北方寒冷地区的建筑节能领域。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑材料领域,特别是涉及一种侧槽式混凝土自保温多孔砖。
背景技术
发明人在之前的专利(ZL200720112792.7)中公开了一种自保温混凝土多孔承重砌块,所述砌块的上表面设有至少三行相互平行、有序交错的长条形通孔,左右两端各设有至少一条相当于长条形通孔一部分的半开口槽,其中,所述半开口槽和靠近砌块前壁、后壁的长条形通孔内填充有保温材料。该类产品承重能力好、保温性能好、制做简便、成本低、质量保障、安全可靠、便于操作,保温时效与建筑物使用年限相同。但是,考虑到北方雨水稀少、冬季寒冷地区室内外温差大的特点,对建筑材料的节能效果有较高的要求。因此,发明人根据原有设计理念,在此基础上进行改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种侧槽式混凝土自保温多孔砖,通过增加孔洞率延长多孔砖的导热途径,改进填充的保温材料,进一步提高其保温节能效果,适应北方地区的环境条件。
为了达到上述的目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
一种侧槽式混凝土自保温多孔砖,包括砖体,所述砖体上表面设有至少四排相互平行、交错设置的长条形通孔,砖体的左右两侧各设有至少三条半开口槽,所述长条形通孔和半开口槽内均填充有聚苯颗粒。
作为优选,所述砖体上表面设有七排长条形通孔,砖体的左右两侧各设有三条半开口槽。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,针对北方雨水稀少,混凝土制品应用广泛的特点,在原先设计理念基础上进行改进,将多孔砖的长条形孔洞增加到四排以上,半开口的侧槽增加到三排以上,从而更好地体现节能效果。同时,利用蒸汽灌入的方式,将所有的孔洞及半开口孔洞进行聚苯颗粒满灌,从而可以大大提高节能指标。这种设计相当于在普通混凝土多孔砖的外侧铺贴8cm厚的挤塑保温板,因此,可广泛用于北方寒冷地区的建筑节能领域。
