技术领域:
本实用新型涉及LED照明设备领域,具体的说是一种铝基板上带散热片的LED路灯。
背景技术:
大功率白光LED作为照明光源,以其节能环保、长寿命、可设计性强等特点,在道路照明领域得到日益广泛的应用。LED作为固体冷光源,工作时自身不是灼热体,但电流流过LED的PN节时产生的电阻热还是会使LED升温。LED在高温下工作时会迅速老化,光效下降,甚至失效。要减缓LED的光衰,使LED灯有更长的使用寿命,必须降低LED管芯的温度,亦即要解决好LED灯的散热问题。
在道路照明领域,国家对路面照明有标准,需要按照国家标准对LED灯具进行配光处理,以满足或高于道理照明的要求。
发明内容:
为解决现有技术存在的问题,特提供一种铝基板上带散热片的LED路灯,通过在铝基板上端安装散热片,铝基板下端安装LED灯,并在灯体后端安装电源的结构方式,能有效改变大功率LED光源的光线分布,满足道路交通照明标准的要求,由于采用恒流的供电模式,保证了LED的正常工作。

1.一种铝基板上带散热片的LED路灯,包括铝基板,其特征在于:铝基板上端固定安装有若干散热片,散热片中部直接成型有连接套,连接套连接到路灯灯杆;铝基板下端安装有若干LED光源,LED光源外包有光学透镜;铝基板后端安装有电源,所述每个LED光源均连接到电源。
