技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种外墙外装饰一体化系统，特别是涉及一种聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统。
背景技术
在目前建筑外围搞结构的节能技术中，外保温技术由于有不占用室内空间等优势，其应用非常广泛。现有的外保温墙体主要有聚苯颗粒浆料、粘贴聚苯板、现浇聚苯板、岩棉板、泡沫玻璃等墙体，这些墙体的保温性能、施工性能、安全稳定性各异，有的保温材料导热系数偏高，不适合严寒地区的保温节能以及更高节能要求的需要，有的安全稳定性施工中不易控制，有的施工复杂、质量控制难度大，有的面层抗裂问题较难解决。目前还没有一种外保温墙体及施工工艺同时具有保温性能好、施工容易、周期短、面层防裂效果好的特点。硬质聚氨酯泡沫应用于建筑保温领域，目前大多以硬质聚氨酯泡沫夹心板出现，现场直接发泡成型的，仅局限于屋面防水保温。现场直接发泡成型硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料应用于有饰面涂料层的外保温垂直墙体，存在表面平整度难以控制、饰面层与硬质聚氨酯硬盘泡保温层之间附着力差、面层开裂的技术难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料外保温墙体表面平整度便于控制、面层与聚氨酯更泡保温层之间附着力强、面层不易开裂的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，包括墙体基层，在所述的墙体基层上粘接一层聚氨酯底漆，在所述的聚氨酯底漆上设有一层外挂经纬方格线，在所述的经纬方格线上设有一层现场喷涂的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层，在所述的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层上设有一层找平层，在所述的找平层上设有一层饰面层。
所述的找平层是由轻质抹面砂浆进行找平，再抹聚合物抗裂砂浆或轻质抹面浆压入耐碱玻钎网格布。
所述的饰面层是柔性耐水腻子、平壁状涂料或浮雕涂料。
所述的外挂经纬方格线的线径小于1.0mm，所述的外挂经纬方格线的小方格是边长小于1m的正方形或矩形，所述的外挂经纬方格线 的线为非金属线或金属线。
采用上述技术方案的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，由于采用在墙体基层上粘接一层聚氨酯底漆，在聚氨酯底漆上设有一层外挂经纬方格线，在经纬方格线上现场喷涂的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层，在聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层上设有一层找平层，在找平层上设有一层饰面层，硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料外保温墙体表面平整度便于控制、面层与聚氨酯更泡保温层之间附着力强、面层不易开裂。
综上所述，本实用新型是一种硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料外保温墙体表面平整度便于控制、面层与聚氨酯更泡保温层之间附着力强、面层不易开裂的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统。

1.一种聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，包括墙体基层(1)，其特征是：在所述的墙体基层(1)上粘接一层聚氨酯底漆(2)，在所述的聚氨酯底漆(2)上设有一层外挂经纬方格线(3)，在所述的经纬方格线(3)上设有一层现场喷涂的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层(4)，在所述的聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层(4)上设有一层找平层(5)，在所述的找平层(5)上设有一层饰面层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，其特征是：所述的找平层(5)是由轻质抹面砂浆进行找平，再抹聚合物抗裂砂浆或轻质抹面浆压入耐碱玻钎网格布。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，其特征是：所述的饰面层(6)是柔性耐水腻子、平壁状涂料或浮雕涂料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的聚氨酯保温板外墙外装饰一体化系统，其特征是：所述的外挂经纬方格线(3)的线径小于1.0mm，所述的外挂经纬方格线(3)的小方格是边长小于1m的正方形或矩形，所述的外挂经纬方格线(3)的线为非金属线或金属线。
