参看图1，多功能折叠伞，它包括伞本体1，在所述伞本体1的伞布边缘连有筒状透明薄塑料2，靠近筒状透明薄塑料2上端的周围均设有透气孔3。在所述筒状透明薄塑料2的一侧设有开启，以便于使用人进出。
在伞布边缘处连有筒状透明薄塑料，其上端的周围还分布透气孔。透气孔不要过大，其大小和数量以不进雨水又达到透气效果为好。在不使用时，可将透明薄塑料向上卷起，可以当做伞套将伞裹起不占更多空间。为了避免半年闲，冬季可在室内作为浴罩保暖效果也不错。
