技术领域
本实用新型属于换热设备，主要涉及一种气(汽)与气(汽)换热器内的热交换部件。
背景技术
由于气体是一种传热系数较低的介质，因此，气体与气体之间的换热较为困难，换热效率较低，传统的气液换热器包括列管式换热器、螺旋板式换热器，以及本申请人已研发完成的内肋片式换热管类换热器，也只能适应气体与液体相互之间的换热使用，在用于气(汽)体与气(汽)体之间换热使用时，由于换热面积较小，加之气体热传导系数较低的物理特性，其换热效果不理想，热交换效率较低，热能浪费较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题，设计提供一种内外翅片式气气换热管，达到提高气气换热器换热效率、减少热能损失的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，内外翅片式气气换热管包括换热基管，在换热基管内配置一端内孔封闭的支撑管，在换热基管内壁面与支撑管外壁面之间沿轴线方向配置固装内翅片，在换热基管外壁面上固装外翅片。外翅片在换热基管外壁面上呈与换热基管轴线垂直的环片式配置；或者外翅片在换热基管外壁面上呈连续螺旋线状配置。
本实用新型采用内、外翅片组合结构构成换热管部件，大幅度提高了气(汽)与气(汽)换热效率，减少了热能损失浪费，节能效果显著，既可用于气、液换热或液、液换热，尤其可满足气(汽)、气(汽)换热配装使用，适用范围广，适应能力强，且换热管结构简单，制造成本低廉，换热性能好，使用可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。内外翅片式气气换热管包括换热基管2，在换热基管2内配置一端内孔封闭的支撑管3，在换热基管2内壁面与支撑管3外壁面之间沿轴线方向配置固装内翅片4，在换热基管2外壁面上固装外翅片1。外翅片1在换热基管2外壁面上呈与换热基管2轴线垂直的环片式配置；或者外翅片1在换热基管2外壁面上呈连续螺旋线状配置。
换热作业使用时，将本内外翅片式气气换热管整体配装在气气换热器内，当热气在换热基管2与支撑管3之间的环形空间内沿轴线方向流动时，需升温的冷气体在换热基管2外部沿与换热基管2轴线相垂直的方向并位于相邻外翅片1间隙之间流过，通过支撑管3、内翅片4、换热基管2及外翅片1完成热气与冷气的热交换。由于外翅片1具有较大地换热面积，提高了导热系数较低的气与气之间热交换效率。本换热管即可完成气、气热交换升温作业，也可以完成气、气热交换降温作业。
本实用新型在单位压降损耗下可以在有限地空间范围内获得较高的热量交换，是一种高效、紧凑的翅片式换热部件。

1.一种内外翅片式气气换热管，包括换热基管(2)，在换热基管(2)内配置一端内孔封闭的支撑管(3)，在换热基管(2)内壁面与支撑管(3)外壁面之间沿轴线方向配置固装内翅片(4)，其特征在于在换热基管(2)外壁面上固装外翅片(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内外翅片式气气换热管，其特征在于外翅片(1)在换热基管(2)外壁面上呈与换热基管(2)轴线垂直的环片式配置；或者外翅片(1)在换热基管(2)外壁面上呈连续螺旋线状配置。
