本实用新型涉及一种节能燃气灶。
背景技术
目前,日常生活中常用的燃气灶主要为天然气灶或液化气灶,这种灶点燃时,天然气或液化气直接在空气中燃烧,但这种燃烧方式,天然气或液化气中主要成份甲烷在空气中不能充分燃烧,使得燃气利用率得不到提升,浪费了能源而且所产生的一氧化碳还污染空气。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种能够提高天然气利用率的节能燃气灶灶。
本实用新型采用了以下解决方案:一种节能燃气灶,包括灶头和阀门,所述灶头与燃气管道连接,所述阀门设在燃气管道上。所述的灶头上增设水雾喷头,所述水雾喷头与水管连接。
所述阀门为同步阀门,所述水管和燃气管道均连接在同步阀门上。
本实用新型在灶头上设有水雾喷头后,往燃气灶头上喷水雾,使得天然气燃烧更加充分,提高天然气的利用率,节省了能源,而且还无污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示为本实用新型的结构示意图,包括灶台1、灶头2、燃气管道3、开关4、阀门7,灶头2放置在灶台1上,燃气管道3设有阀门7,燃气管道3与灶台1下方的燃气进口连接,灶台1上设开关4,开关4用于点火和控制进气量。在圆形灶头2的边上焊接水雾喷头6,水雾喷头6与水管5连接,水管5上可单独设阀门,图2为水雾喷头的局部放大图。为了方便操作,阀门7可采用同步阀门,水管5和燃气管道3均连接在同步阀门上。
工作过程:打开同步阀门7后,天然气、水分别经燃气管道3和水管5到灶头上,然后打开开关4点火,由于水可以助燃,所以水雾经喷头6与天然气混合即可让天然气充分燃烧,关闭时,先关闭开关4,再关闭同步阀门7即可。当然喷头开关和天然气开关分开也落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种节能燃气灶,包括灶头(2)和阀门(7),所述灶头(2)与燃气管道(3)连接,所述阀门(7)设在燃气管道(3)上,其特征在于:所述的灶头(2)上增设水雾喷头(6),所述水雾喷头(6)与水管(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃气灶,其特征在于:所述阀门(7)为同步阀门,所述水管(5)和燃气管道(3)均连接在同步阀门上。
