Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种冲床拾取器，由镊头、镊嘴和镊体组成，其特征在于：对称镊体的中间设有向外凸起的筋，镊头为圆弧状与镊体连接，镊嘴的两端为心型，镊体长200-250mm。其利用废弃包装钢带制作，安全适用，结构简单，成本低，废旧物再利用，更环保，使用范围较广，同时便于更新。

本实用新型涉及一种冲床拾取器，是一种用于小型冲压件摘续件。
背景技术：
冲压生产现场历来是安全生产的重点，为此采用众多安全措施，包括安装光电保护、双手扶按钮控制设备行程保证人身安全，磁手、镊子等摘续件保证人身安全，我公司仅冲压二车间需配有专业拾取器的就有600多道工序；冲压机床工作时，磁手常被吸附到模具上无法取出，使磁手损坏，由于磁手角度需要翻转，取放不方便；而现有的镊子存在无法拾取稍大一点产品的缺陷，并且增加成本。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种冲床拾取器，利用废弃包装钢带制作，使用安全方便，结构简单，成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：冲床拾取器，由镊头、镊嘴和镊体组成，其特征在于：对称镊体的中间设有向外凸起的筋，镊头为圆弧状与镊体连接，镊嘴的两端为心型，镊体长200-250mm。
本实用新型的积极效果是其利用废弃包装钢带制作，安全适用，结构简单，成本低，废旧物再利用，更环保，使用范围较广，同时便于更新。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：如图1所示，冲床拾取器，由镊头2、镊嘴4和镊体1组成，其特征在于：对称镊体1的中间设有向外凸起的筋3，镊头2为圆弧状与镊体1连接，镊嘴4的两端为心型，镊体1长200-250mm。
使用时可根据需要调整镊体1之间的距离。

1.冲床拾取器，由镊头、镊嘴和镊体组成，其特征在于：对称镊体的中间设有向外凸起的筋，镊头为圆弧状与镊体连接，镊嘴的两端为心型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冲床拾取器，其特征在于所述的镊体长为200-250mm。
