如图所示，本实用新型包括管体1、采血针2以及推杆3，在推杆3与管体1之间安装有复位弹簧4，在管体1的顶端固定有试纸盒5，试纸盒5内可以放置试纸，在试纸盒5的底部有与采血针2相匹配的针孔6，试纸盒5的顶部又开口7，开口7呈椭圆形。
使用时，将试纸放置于试纸盒5内，然后将患者指肚放置于试纸盒5表面的椭圆形开口7内，然后另一只手握紧管体1，拇指快速按下推杆3后松开，复位弹簧4的能有效地确保采血针2被按下后即刻回位，而采血针2能通过针孔6刺透试纸，患者血液即可有效地被试纸吸收，然后将试纸抽出送检即可。
