本实用新型提供了一种刚度大、强度高的以铝箔为原料制作的铝箔方便餐盒，盒体的四壁设有横向和纵向的B型凹凸突出的加强筋，可广泛使用于社会快餐业，使用后可回收再利用，对环境无影响。

本实用新型涉及一种食品用具，尤其是铝箔方便餐盒的结构。
背景技术：
目前，公知的方便餐盒大都是由发泡塑料制成的，不能回收，污染环境，用铝箔制作的快餐盒虽然在民航客机等领域应用和出现，但是，由于铝箔韧性很强，用其制作的盒体刚度及强度极低，易变形，给使用和运输等带来了困难和麻烦。
发明内容：
为了克服现有技术的缺点和不足，本衫新型提供一种铝箔方便餐盒，该铝箔方便餐盒结构的刚度和强度高，使用性好，设计合理，使用后可回收。
本实用新型解决斯技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种铝箔方便餐盒，盒体的四壁设有横向和纵向的R型凹凸突出的加强筋结构，其盒体的底部也设有R型凹凸突出的加强筋，达到使合体结构的刚度和强度增强的目的。
本实用新型的益效果是，由于盒体和其底部帛有设计合理的加强筋结构，使铝箔方便餐盒体刚度大，强度增高，不易变形，使用性好，同时由于采用铝箔作为原料，使用后可以回收再利用，对环境无影响，便于推广使用。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图和实施例对本衫新型进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示，该铝箔方便餐盒采用70-80微米的铝箔为原料制作，在盒体(1)的四壁制成横向或纵向的R型凹凸突出的加强筋(2)和(3)的结构，底部也制有R型凹凸突出的加强筋(4)，其具体工艺步骤是：首先设计好盒体的长方形或方形盒体的具体尺寸，先使用专用设备将盒体形状压模成型，再利用专用模具，压模完成盒体四壁的横向和纵向的R型凹凸突出的加强筋及底部的R型凹凸突出的加强筋，然后压模整型，盒口是平直的，经清洗消毒，烘干后即可使用和包装运输，用专用设备及模具压模出的长方形或方形的盒体无祈皱和断裂。

1.一种铝箔方便餐盒，其特征是：盒体的四壁设有横向和纵向的R型凹凸突出的加强结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝箔方便餐盒，其特征是：盒体底部也设有R型凹凸突出的加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝箔方便餐盒，其特征是：盒体为长方形或方形。
