采用本实用新型的中药保健护膝，将弹性带2套在腿上，将护膝1置于膝盖部位，使药物带5正对膝盖，然后用粘扣带4将连接带3连接，这样护膝1就可以保护我们的膝盖了，而药物袋5中的种药物还可以治疗膝部关节炎，实用方便。
