本实用新型涉及一种保温板。主要用于建筑物表面的外装饰。属建筑装饰材料技术领域。
背景技术
现代化的建筑在高度、造型方面越来越具特色,这给保温装饰材料的耐久性、抗风载荷、耐冻融性、抗开裂性、粘结强度等一系列问题提出了更高的要求。而目前用于建筑物表面外装饰的保温板一般是采用传统的聚苯乙烯板材复合普通钢板。该类保温板耐久性、抗风载荷、耐冻融性、抗开裂性、粘结强度等均达不到现代建筑物的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种耐久性、抗风载荷、耐冻融性和抗开裂性好,粘结强度强的彩色涂层钢板外饰保温板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种彩色涂层钢板外饰保温板,自内至外依次由粘结层、保温隔热层、界面剂层、第一防水层、增强层、第二防水层和装饰面层共七层复合而成,所述粘结层采用粘结砂浆,所述保温隔热层采用聚苯乙烯板材,所述增强层采用玻璃纤维网骨架的砂浆,所述装饰面层采用印花氟碳涂层钢板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、粘结层采用粘结砂浆,粘结强度强。
2、对保温隔热层表面采用界面剂处理,使得保温板具有较高的粘结强度、耐久性能和耐冻融性能。
3、增强层采用玻璃纤维网骨架的砂浆,可提高保温板的整体强度、耐冲击性和抗风载荷能力,同时可以防止保温板表层开裂。
4、装饰面层采用印花氟碳涂层钢板,可以提高保温板的耐腐蚀性和整体美观性。

参见图1,图1为本实用新型彩色涂层钢板外饰保温板的断面结构示意图。由图1可以看出,本实用新型彩色涂层钢板外饰保温板,所述保温板自内至外依次由粘结层1、保温隔热层2、界面剂层3、第一防水层4、增强层5、第二防水层6和装饰面层7共七层复合而成。所述粘结层1采用粘结砂浆,有单组份和双组份两种。保温隔热层2采用聚苯乙烯板材。增强层5采用玻璃纤维网骨架的砂浆。装饰面层7,采用印花氟碳涂层钢板。

1.一种彩色涂层钢板外饰保温板,其特征在于所述保温板自内至外依次由粘结层(1)、保温隔热层(2)、界面剂层(3)、第一防水层(4)、增强层(5)、第二防水层(6)和装饰面层(7)共七层复合而成,所述粘结层(1)采用粘结砂浆,保温隔热层(2)采用聚苯乙烯板材,增强层(5)用玻璃纤维网骨架的砂浆,所述装饰面层(7)采用印花氟碳涂层钢板。
