采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如汽车转向灯,汽车转向灯灯罩上制有卡扣,卡扣与灯壳在装配时安装方便、牢靠。但是在产品注塑成型后,需要对卡扣进行脱模。已有技术对卡扣脱模采用外抽结构或者强制顶出。两者存在的缺点分别是:强制顶出对产品的质量有影响,容易将产品顶坏;外抽结构需要多块滑块相配合,结构复杂,安装不方便,特别是只适用于一模一腔的模具,如果是一模双(多)腔模具,滑块就没有安装位置,生产效率低;并且外抽滑块需要另置动力(油缸)带动,增加了模具投资成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用斜顶滑动脱模方式,结构简单,安装方便,成本省,特别能适用于一模多腔模具,提高生产效率的汽车转向灯模具卡扣斜顶机构。
本实用新型汽车转向灯模具卡扣斜顶机构的技术方案是:包括上模板和下模板,上模板连接定模板,定模板内安装定模镶块,下模板上安装模脚,模脚内设置顶板,顶板上连接顶杆,模脚上安装动模板,动模板内安装动模镶块,动模镶块与定模镶块之间构成模腔,模腔中有成型的汽车转向灯灯罩,灯罩上制有卡扣,其特征在于所述的顶板上安装顶块,动模板中制有通孔,顶块伸入通孔,在顶块的头部制有滑槽,滑槽上设置斜滑杆,斜滑杆的头部制有斜滑块,斜滑块与卡扣相接触。
