本实用新型节能燃气采暖炉,属于采暖设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前,采暖炉的结构为,炉体下部设置有存灰箱,存灰箱上方设置有耐火套,耐火套外壁与炉体内壁之间的空腔为空气腔,耐火套内部为燃烧腔,煤、秸秆等燃料从炉体上方的开口放入燃烧腔,空气从炉体下部的存灰箱进入到空气腔,并从耐火套上部进入燃烧腔,这种结构的采暖炉因空气供气不足,燃烧不充分,会产生烟气,烟气通过烟囱排到空气中,因为烟气也是可以燃烧的,所以浪费了一部分热量和燃料,还污染环境。
现有的采暖炉均把暖气水套设置在炉体的上方,或烟囱底部,等需要烧水做饭时,暖气水套就不能吸收热量,或者仅能吸收一小部分热量。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种燃烧充分、暖气水套时刻能吸收热量的节能燃气采暖炉。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:节能燃气采暖炉,包括:炉体、位于炉体上部一侧的烟囱、设置在炉体内部下方的存灰箱和设置在存灰箱上方的耐火套,在耐火套外壁套装有第一暖气水套,在烟囱外壁套装有第二暖气水套,第一暖气水套和第二暖气水套之间连通。
在耐火套的上方设置有导流套,所述的导流套上均布有多个斜孔。
本实用新型同现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型在耐火套外壁套装有第一暖气水套,在烟囱外壁套装有第二暖气水套,第一暖气水套和第二暖气水套之间连通,耐火套是采暖炉中热量最高的部分,而且不受烧水做饭的影响,能时刻为暖气水套提供热量,而烟囱是采暖炉能量流失的主要部分,在烟囱外壁套装暖气水套能减少能量损失。
2、在耐火套的上方设置有导流套,所述的导流套上均布有多个斜孔,导流套与炉体的空气腔相通,通过导流套在耐火套的上方形成一个漩涡式的气流,能使耐火套下部产生的烟气再次燃烧,提高了能源利用率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,节能燃气采暖炉,包括:炉体1、位于炉体1上部一侧的烟囱2、设置在炉体1内部下方的存灰箱3和设置在存灰箱3上方的耐火套4,耐火套4外壁与炉体1内壁之间的空腔为空气腔8,耐火套4内部为燃烧腔9,煤、秸秆等燃料从炉体1上方的开口10放入燃烧腔9,空气从炉体1下部进入到空气腔8,在耐火套4的上方设置有导流套7,导流套7与空气腔8连通。在耐火套4外壁套装有第一暖气水套5,在烟囱2外壁套装有第二暖气水套6,第一暖气水套5和第二暖气水套6之间连通。
如图2、图3所示,所述的导流套7上均布有多个斜孔,空气通过这些斜孔进入到燃烧腔9,并在燃烧腔9中形成漩涡气流。

1.节能燃气采暖炉,包括:炉体(1)、位于炉体(1)上部一侧的烟囱(2)、设置在炉体(1)内部下方的存灰箱(3)和设置在存灰箱(3)上方的耐火套(4),其特征在于:在耐火套(4)外壁套装有第一暖气水套(5),在烟囱(2)外壁套装有第二暖气水套(6),第一暖气水套(5)和第二暖气水套(6)之间连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能燃气采暖炉,其特征在于:在耐火套(4)的上方设置有导流套(7),所述的导流套(7)上均布有多个斜孔。
