Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种防止从输油管线盗油的工具技术，具体而言是一种带压拆除盗油阀门装置。
二、背景技术
目前不法分子在输油管线上盗油方法很多，其中一种是将阀门焊接在卡子上，阀门罩住卡子的预设孔，再将卡子固定在输油管线上，打开阀门，用钢钻穿过阀门在输油管线上打盗油孔(一般是冒险带压打孔)，打完盗油孔后取出钢钻，关闭阀门，在阀门上端连接胶管，需要盗油时随时打开阀门就能盗油。当岗位工人发现采用这种方法盗油时，由于管线内有带压流体，不能随意拆除，要拆除阀门和封堵盗油孔一般都要放空管线内的原油，然后拆除阀门，再用电气焊封死盗油孔。这种无压拆除方法由于需要放空管线内的原油，输油管线要停产放压，影响正常输油生产，施工时间长，经济损失严重。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，设计出的一种带压拆除盗油阀门装置。
本实用新型包括：推进杆、密封圈、防喷管、公锥；其为圆柱体结构，防喷管下部设有内、外螺纹，防喷管下部的外螺纹与盗油阀门内螺纹连接，推进杆下部设有外螺纹与防喷管的内螺纹相配合，推进杆的外螺纹的上部设有环形槽，环形槽内装有密封圈，以密封防喷管与推进杆之间的间隙，推进杆的底部设有正方形盲孔与公锥顶部的正方形契块插接在一起，推进杆与公锥插接后不能相对旋转，可以传递扭矩，公锥的下部设有锥形公扣，锥形公扣可以在输油管线盗油口上上造扣。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以带压作业施工，输油管线不需要停产，避免了停产拆除盗油装置引起的各种损失，可以快速消除盗油阀，减少原油损失，具有显著的经济效益。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施做进一步阐述：
带压拆除盗油阀门装置，包括：推进杆1、密封圈2、防喷管3、公锥5；其为圆柱体结构，防喷管3下部设有内、外螺纹，推进杆1下部设有外螺纹与防喷管3的内螺纹相配合，推进杆1的外螺纹的上部设有环形槽，环形槽内装有密封圈2，推进杆1的底部设有正方形盲孔与公锥5顶部的正方形契块插接在一起，公锥5的下部设有锥形公扣8。
操作方法：
首先，将装配好的带压拆除盗油阀门装置的防喷管3下部的外螺纹与盗油阀门4内螺纹连接此时盗油阀门4处于关闭状态，公锥5前端处于盗油阀门4的阀板之上；其次，打开盗油阀门4的阀板，在密封圈2作用下，输油管线7的高压油流不会喷出，旋转推进杆1，在推进杆1上的公螺纹与防喷管3下部的母螺纹作用下，推进杆1下行并带动公锥5也向下行走并旋转，锥形公扣8与盗油孔10接触，锥形公扣8在输油管线7上造扣，使公锥5与输油管线7连接在一起，堵塞盗油孔10；第三，解除卡子6上的连接螺栓，将卡子6、盗油阀门4及带压拆除盗油阀门装置一起取走，留下公锥5，将公锥5与输油管线7焊接在一起，锯断造公锥5在输油管线7上的外露部分，从而带压完成拆除盗油阀门4；第四，将带压拆除盗油阀门装置擦拭干净保养，以备再用。

1.一种用于输油管道带压拆除盗油阀门装置，包括：推进杆(1)、密封圈(2)、防喷管(3)、公锥(5)；其特征在于：带压拆除盗油阀门装置为圆柱体结构，防喷管(3)下部设有内、外螺纹，推进杆(1)下部设有外螺纹与防喷管(3)的内螺纹相配合，推进杆(1)的外螺纹的上部设有环形槽，环形槽内装有密封圈(2)，推进杆(1)的底部设有正方形盲孔与公锥(5)顶部的正方形契块插接在一起，公锥(5)的下部设有锥形公扣(8)。
