Abstract

油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构,伸入缸体内的活塞杆的头部联接有活塞,活塞杆头部的前端装有缓冲销,缸体内的底部开有与缓冲销配合的缓冲孔,缸体上开有与缓冲孔相通的通油孔,在缸体上设有连通缓冲孔与缸体内腔的补油通道,在补油通道与缓冲孔相通的端口处设有单向节流阀。当活塞杆行走到接近缸底时,先通过缓冲销与缓冲孔的配合来缓冲,当活塞杆完全行进到缸底后再需要由液压油退出活塞杆时,从通油孔通入液压油,液压油一则会从缓冲孔部位施压给活塞杆,二则会打开单向节流阀从补油通道进入到缸体的内腔中给活塞施压,如此,即可使油缸的起动压力较大程度的减小。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油缸,具体地说是一种油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构。
背景技术
现有的一种油缸无杆腔的缓冲结构为:伸入缸体内的活塞杆的头部联接有活塞,活塞杆头部的前端装有缓冲销,缸体内的底部开有与缓冲销配合的缓冲孔,缸体上开有与缓冲孔相通的通油孔。由于这种油缸在活塞杆行走到接近缸底时,通过缓冲销与缓冲孔的配合来缓冲,由此带来的问题是:缓冲销与缓冲孔配合间隙较小,当活塞杆完全行进到缸底后再需要由液压油顶出活塞杆时,仅靠来自外部并由通油孔进入的液压油从缓冲孔部位推开活塞,则需要很高的起动压力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构,该缓冲起动结构可使油缸的起动压力较小。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构,伸入缸体内的活塞杆的头部联接有活塞,活塞杆头部的前端装有缓冲销,缸体内的底部开有与缓冲销配合的缓冲孔,缸体上开有与缓冲孔相通的通油孔,在缸体上设有连通缓冲孔与缸体内腔的补油通道,在补油通道与缓冲孔相通的端口处设有单向节流阀。
由上述方案可见,当活塞杆行走到接近缸底时,先通过缓冲销与缓冲孔的配合来缓冲,此时油液有很少一部分从单向节流阀通过,当活塞杆完全行进到缸底后再需要由液压油顶出活塞杆时,从通油孔通入液压油,液压油一则会从缓冲孔部位施压给活塞杆,二则会打开单向节流阀从补油通道进入到缸体的内腔中给活塞施压,如此,即可使油缸的起动压力较大程度的减小。
本实用新型结构合理、可靠,它的起动压力小,连续动作的性能好,并可有效提高液压系统中泵、阀的使用寿命。

本实用新型提供的油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构为:活塞3联接于伸入缸体1内的活塞杆4的头部,活塞杆4头部的前端装有缓冲销2,缸体1内的底部开有与缓冲销2配合的缓冲孔1b,缸体1上开有与缓冲孔1b相通的通油孔1a,在缸体1上设有连通缓冲孔1b与缸体内腔的补油通道1c,在补油通道1c与缓冲孔1b相通的端口处设有单向节流阀5。
由附图可见,活塞杆4向回缩时,单向节流阀5处在节流状态,当活塞杆4行走到接近缸体1的底部时,通过缓冲销2与缓冲孔1b的配合来缓冲;当活塞杆4行进到缸底停止后再需要伸出时,由外界通过通油孔1a向缓冲孔1b供油,液压油会从缓冲孔1b部位施压给活塞杆,同时,单向节流阀5打开,液压油通过补油通道1c直接进入缸体1内向活塞3施压。

1.油缸无杆腔缓冲起动结构,伸入缸体内的活塞杆的头部联接有活塞,活塞杆头部的前端装有缓冲销,缸体内的底部开有与缓冲销配合的缓冲孔,缸体上开有与缓冲孔相通的通油孔,其特征在于:在缸体上设有连通缓冲孔与缸体内腔的补油通道,在补油通道与缓冲孔相通的端口处设有单向节流阀。
