刚性防水屋面在屋面板支承处常常设置分格缝,避免屋面板挠动使该部位出现裂缝,另外,为了防止温度伸缩引起屋面细石混凝土出现裂缝,每隔一定距离刚性防水屋面也要设置分格缝。

本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供一种用于刚性防水屋面的分格缝构造,解决屋面板开裂问题。
本实用新型包括沥青油膏、油毡、防水砂浆。分格缝形状为梯形,上口宽度为20~30mm,下口宽度为15~20mm,分格缝高度与细石混凝土找平层高度一致,分格缝内嵌填沥青油膏,分格缝上方设置油毡,油毡宽度为50cm,油毡上方做防水砂浆,防水砂浆厚度为15~20mm。

图1为穿越屋面板的落水管防水构造示意图。本实用新型包括沥青油膏3、油毡4、防水砂浆5。本实施例中屋面板1上面为细石混凝土2,细石混凝土2找平层高度为20cm。在屋面板1交界处设置分格缝,分格缝形状为梯形,上口宽度为20mm,下口宽度为15mm,分格缝高度为20cm,分格缝内嵌填沥青油膏3,分格缝上方设置油毡4,油毡4宽度为50cm,油毡4上方做防水砂浆5,防水砂浆5厚度为15mm。
