背景技术
市场上常用的塑料袋多为聚乙烯薄膜制成，该薄膜无毒，可用于盛装食品、衣物、水果等，给人们生活带来方便。
这种塑料袋制造成型后均为单一袋体结构，使用时一般只盛装单一种类的食品、调料、水果等，以免相互之间造成污染，因此外出买菜、购物，回家时通常拎着大大小小的塑料袋、包装袋等，数量多带来许多不便；另一方面塑料袋的原材料是从石油或煤炭中提取出来的化学产品，一旦生产出来很难自然降解，大量的废气塑料袋埋在地下会破坏土壤的通透性，使土壤板结，影响植物的生长，因此塑料袋的大量使用带来了极其严重的环境污染，即“白色污染”。
