本实用新型涉及一种灭菌设备，特别涉及一种采用高温水及水蒸气混合汽进行灭菌的高温灭菌仓。
背景技术
浓缩汁的生产过程中，需要对浓缩汁进行灭菌消毒。目前，现有的灭菌方式主要有蒸汽消毒和红外线消毒方式，若采用红外线杀菌消毒效果不如蒸汽消毒效果好，目前的蒸汽灭菌设备存在一些局限性，特别是采用湿饱和蒸汽灭菌时，由于蒸汽喷射入灭菌仓内时喷入量不均匀，而导致灭菌效果受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种蒸汽灭菌仓，该蒸汽灭菌仓不仅结构简单，而且蒸汽喷射均匀，灭菌效果好。
本实用新型的技术方案在于：一种蒸汽灭菌仓，包括灭菌仓，其特征在于：所述灭菌仓前后侧分别设有端盖，所述灭菌仓体的内壁上均匀布设有若干组高温蒸汽喷管，所述高温蒸汽喷管的周壁上设有喷气孔，所述高温蒸汽喷管的前侧设有与端盖上的气孔相通的进气孔。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构合理、制造成本低；灭菌仓内采用喷头将通入的蒸汽和热水均匀地喷洒在罐体内，从而使得罐内温度均匀，灭菌效果好。

具体实施方式
一种蒸汽灭菌仓，包括灭菌仓，其特征在于：所述灭菌仓前后侧分别设有端盖1，所述灭菌仓体的内壁上均匀布设有若干组高温蒸汽喷管2，所述高温蒸汽喷管的周壁上设有喷气孔3，所述高温蒸汽喷管的前侧设有与端盖上的气孔4相通的进气孔5。
所述高温蒸汽喷管由一根热水喷管6及两根蒸汽喷管7组成。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：蒸汽灭菌仓外的热水和热蒸汽通过灭菌仓前侧端盖上的气孔进入高温蒸汽喷管，由高温蒸汽喷管将热水与高温蒸汽的混合汽体均匀地喷射如仓体内，对放置于仓体的物品进行灭菌处理。
