Abstract

本申请公开了凸型烧结空心砖,它属于建筑材料领域,是将烧结空心砖外形作成凸形,并且大面带有弧形浅沟槽。用该砖砌筑墙体时,同皮相邻两砖的凸头朝向正好相反,这就使得墙体竖向灰缝由直线缝变成了折线缝,因此提高了墙体稳定性。凸型烧结空心砖解决了传统烧结空心砖墙体防震抗震性能差的问题,用于砌筑框架结构的填充墙、建筑隔墙等非承重墙体。

本申请属于建筑材料。
背景技术
目前国内广泛用于砌筑填充墙和隔墙的烧结空心砖,其形状都是长方体或者正方体,优点是重量轻、保温效果好、便于砌筑操作。但是,由于用这种空心砖砌筑的填充墙、隔墙不承重,即上面无垂直荷载,从而导致墙体稳定性低,防震抗震效果差,因此需要改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在保证烧结空心砖重量轻、保温效果好前提下,提高其防震抗震性能,技术方案如下:
1、将长方体或者正方体烧结空心砖改成外形为凸形(即有一个凸头)的烧结空心砖(见图1),取名凸型烧结空心砖,这是主规格砌墙砖;
2、辅规格砌墙砖有两种规格,一是角形(见图2),取名为角型烧结空心砖;二是正四棱柱体形,取名为正四棱柱体型烧结空心砖(见图3);
3、凸型烧结空心砖、角型烧结空心砖以及正四棱柱体烧结空心砖的大面都带有弧形浅沟槽(见图1、图2和图3),这就将空心砖坐浆面(大面)由传统的光面改成了凹凸面,从而提高了空心砖与砌筑砂浆的粘接力;
4、凸型烧结空心砖及其辅规格砌墙砖的绝热空心为通孔,它与砖的长度方向平行(见图1、图2和图3);
5、凸型烧结空心砖的砌筑方法:
(1)同皮砖砌筑时,相邻两块砖的凸头正好相反,使墙体竖向灰缝由原来的直线形变成折线形(见图4),从而改善了墙体稳定性,提高了墙体的防震抗震性能;
(2)不同皮砖砌筑时,上下相邻两块砖的凸头正好相反并相互错开,从而使墙体竖向灰缝避免了形成直缝(见图5),确保了墙体稳定性;
(3)砌筑墙体端头时,采用辅规格砌墙砖补齐,见图4。
6、凸型烧结空心砖用于砌筑填充墙、隔墙等。
本申请的积极效果是:墙体稳定性显著提高。

具体实施方式
用粘土为主要原料,加入少量粉煤灰或者磨细煤矸石,加水调和均匀,用制砖机制成凸型烧结空心砖、角型烧结空心砖和正四棱柱体型烧结空心砖的坯体,阴干干透后放入砖窑内焙烧,出窑后成品尺寸分别如图6、图7和图8所示,其墙体砌筑平面图如图4所示,墙体砌筑立面图如图5所示。为提高墙体的保温隔热效果,砌筑时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆进行砌筑施工。
