本实用新型涉及袋子技术领域,特指一种纸塑袋。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于包装肥料、水泥等物质的包装袋分为纸袋和塑料编织袋两种,对于纸袋而言,纸袋为单层的纸质材料制成的袋体,纸袋能够防潮、防湿,但是,在运输和保存过程中,纸袋容易被刮破、刺破或压坏,纸袋容易被损坏,纸袋不能有效保护包装于纸袋内的物质。
对于塑料编织袋而言,塑料编织袋的袋体是由一个长方形的塑料编织布卷曲而成筒状,塑料编织布的两侧边通过粘贴加工或缝纫加工而连接起来,袋体的侧面具有纵向接合处。虽然,塑料编织袋不易被刮破、刺破或压坏,但是,由于现有塑料编织袋设计上的结构缺陷,塑料编织袋的接合处无法承受较大的作用力,在使用过程中,塑料编织袋的接合处容易裂开或暴开,使塑料编织袋无法使用。
另外,塑料编织袋存在不防潮、不防湿的缺点。纸袋和塑料编织袋各有优点和缺点,因此,目前的包装袋有改进的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种纸塑袋,纸塑袋无纵向接合处,袋体不易被撑开或撑暴,袋体具有更高的结构强度和抗拉强度,使用寿命更长。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种纸塑袋,包括利用塑料丝线编织而成的筒形状的袋体,袋体为筒状的内塑料编织袋层构成的袋体,袋体外表面复合有表面纸层。
所述纸塑袋还包括中间PE-PP粘合层,纸塑袋从外到内依次包括表面纸层、中间PE-PP粘合层和内塑料编织袋层,表面纸层的内表面与中间PE-PP粘合层的外表面复合,中间PE-PP粘合层的内表面与内塑料编织袋层的外表面复合。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种纸塑袋如图1和2所示,包括利用塑料丝线编织而成的筒形状的袋体,袋体为筒状的内塑料编织袋层4构成的袋体,袋体外表面复合有表面纸层2。
于优选实施方式中,纸塑袋包括利用塑料丝线编织而成的圆筒形状的袋体,袋体为圆筒状的内塑料编织袋层4构成的袋体。
由于袋体为连续的内塑料编织袋层4构成的袋体,纸塑袋无纵向接合处,不需要通过粘贴加工或缝纫加工将袋体连接起来,减少加工工序,降低生产成本,同时,袋体不易被撑开或撑暴,袋体具有更高的结构强度和抗拉强度,使用寿命更长。
所述纸塑袋还包括中间PE-PP粘合层,PE是聚乙烯 ,PP是聚丙烯,中间PE-PP粘合层3为PE和PP的混合材料制成的材料层。纸塑袋从外到内依次包括表面纸层2、中间PE-PP粘合层3和内塑料编织袋层4,表面纸层2的内表面与中间PE-PP粘合层3的外表面复合,中间PE-PP粘合层3的内表面与内塑料编织袋层4的外表面复合。中间PE-PP粘合层3与表面纸层2具有良好的粘合性,同时,中间PE-PP粘合层3与内塑料编织袋层4具有良好的粘合性,因此,通过中间PE-PP粘合层3能够牢固地粘合表面纸层2和内塑料编织袋层4,增加纸塑袋的结合的牢固度。
本实用新型的纸塑袋通过中间PE-PP粘合层3将表面纸层2和内塑料编织袋层4复合成一体,使纸塑袋同时具有纸袋的性能和塑料编织袋的性能,具有良好的防潮、防湿性能,而且结构强度高,纸塑袋不易被损坏,纸塑袋更加坚固耐用。

于另一较佳实施方式中,袋体1的上端开口,袋体1的下端开口。袋体1的上端和下端分别设置为开口,方便使用者对袋口进行二次加工。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸塑袋,其特征在于:所述纸塑袋还包括中间PE-PP粘合层,纸塑袋从外到内依次包括表面纸层、中间PE-PP粘合层和内塑料编织袋层,表面纸层的内表面与中间PE-PP粘合层的外表面复合,中间PE-PP粘合层的内表面与内塑料编织袋层的外表面复合。
