本实用新型包括栏体，在栏体的表面设有荧光粉和摄像头。
采用上述结构后，使用时，栏体表面荧光粉具有夜视的功能，以方便人们在光线不足时快速找到停车栏位置；栏体表面的摄像头能够监控停车栏的状况，防止人为损坏停车栏或者偷车现象的发生。
