本实用新型涉及风口灰尘过滤装置，尤其是一种卷烟机烟丝落料器风口灰尘过滤装置。
背景技术
随机的落料器风口采用一块隔网和一块3公分厚的海绵过滤体组件。这种海绵透气性差，容易吸附灰尘，也极易老化破碎，造成落料器隔网易堵塞，吸丝跟不上，造成停机，在其一吸一呼时，密封不好，导致灰尘外泄，过滤效果不佳，排出的灰尘造成车间工作环境的污染，风口隔网与海绵体过滤组件每两个月就要更换一次，费时费力，另外落料器风口距离地面高约3米，机台人员每班都要上去清理，非常不便，给生产带来安全隐患，兼于以上这些原因，必须改进设备。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决卷烟机烟丝落料器机箱风口过滤海绵透气性差，吸附灰尘易老化破碎，造成落料器隔网易堵塞，吸丝跟不上，造成停机，通过合理设计，提供一种卷烟机烟丝落料器风口过滤装置的改进，机箱风口选用滤布换去海绵，过滤效果和透气性好，结实耐用，确保正常生产。
本实用新型为实现上述的发明目的，采用如下的技术方案：在机箱风口1的外面设置环形圈2，环形圈2的中部设置过滤布3，过滤风袋深度设置为10公分，改造后在落料器排气时，滤袋向外运动，对气体进行过滤，并增加了排气缓冲的空间，除尘效果良好，吸烟丝时，滤袋向内运动，产生的振动和进气流，使附在滤布内表面的灰尘被自动清理掉。，一周后检查，一丝灰尘也不会泄露，其使用寿命达到一年半左右。
有益效果，设计合理，使用方便透气好，省时省力效益高，防止了灰尘外泄，消除了环境污染。由于其有自清理功能，也免除操作人员爬高上低去清理，降低了劳动强度。综合效益良好。
