Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无齿轮曳引机，特别是涉及一种带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机。
背景技术
曳引电动机是驱动电梯上下运行的动力源，通过输送与传递动力使电梯运行。它主要由电动机、制动器、联轴器、减速箱、曳引轮、机架和导向轮及附属盘车手轮等组成。曳引机分为有齿轮曳引机和无齿轮曳引机两种，有齿轮曳引机是指曳引机的电动机动力是通过减速箱传到曳引轮上的；无齿轮曳引机是指电动机动力不通过减速箱而直接传动到曳引轮上。在曳引机中的转动部位一般都需安装轴承，用来减少部件之间的磨擦。而大多数的轴承在运转时必须使用润滑油，因为在高速运转时，轴承内部的摩擦不仅会增加能耗，更可怕的是很容易损坏轴承，因此，曳引机中使用的轴承也不能例外，需要经常为其内部的轴承添加润滑油。但是，曳引机是一种密闭装置，实践中每次添加润滑油时都要将其拆开，这样不仅非常的繁琐，而且因为经常对曳引机进行拆卸，会大大降低曳引机的使用寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机，它使得无需将曳引机拆开就可以通过设在曳引机外部的加油口对曳引机内部的的轴承添加润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机，包括电动机、轴承、曳引轮，此外，还包括：加油口、加油通道；其中，轴承安装于曳引轮的两端；加油口、加油通道、轴承串接连通，通过加油口就可以为轴承添加润滑油。
进一步，所述带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机还包括：加油装置，它通过管道与加油口连通，为运转中的轴承添加润滑油。
本实用新型的优点是，由于本实用新型所揭示的带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机可以通过设在曳引机外部的加油口为其内部的轴承添加润滑油，因此，免去了传统曳引机在添加润滑油时需将曳引机拆开的繁琐程序，而且大大延长了曳引机和其中轴承的使用寿命。

使用时，可以通过加油口对轴承5进行添加润滑油，也可以通过将加油装置6接到加油口上，使加油装置6的位置高于曳引机，自动对轴承5添加润滑油。

其中，轴承(5)安装于曳引轮(3)的两端；另外，加油口(2)、加油通道(4)、轴承(5)串接连通，通过加油口(2)可以为轴承(5)添加润滑油。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有加油装置的无齿轮曳引机，其特征在于，还包括：加油装置(6)，它通过管道与加油口(2)连通，为运转中的轴承(5)添加润滑油。
