Abstract

本实用新型涉及电工设备领域，尤其是一种带LED照明的绝缘操作杆。
背景技术
电工工作过程中，往往会遇到夜间抢修故障电路的情况，而在此种情况下，若是抢修架空电力设备，则需要使用绝缘操作杆，然而在使用时，需要另外增加照明才能看清操作部位，这时，若采用地面电筒辅助照明，则由于电筒有效光程不够，还是很难满足要求，若空中操作人员自己用照明灯具照明，则又十分不方便。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，该操作杆不仅能够有效操作电力设备，而且可以实现自行照明，克服了绝缘操作杆夜间作业的照明问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该带LED照明的操作杆包括杆体，照明装置，所述的照明装置又包括卡套，照明壳，开关，电池，LED灯头，所述的卡套一端通过卡口卡装在所述杆体上，另一端通过转轴与所述的照明壳相配合，所述的电池设置在所述照明壳内，所述开关和LED灯头均设置在所述照明壳上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：照明装置可通过卡口在绝缘操作杆上随意拆装，互换性强，且照明壳可通过转轴调节它与卡套的倾角，从而实现不同的照明角度，该带LED照明的绝缘操作杆不仅能够有效操作电力设备，而且可以实现自行照明，克服了绝缘操作杆夜间作业的照明问题。

在图1、图2所示具体实施例中，该带LED照明的操作杆包括杆体1，照明装置，所述的照明装置又包括卡套2，照明壳3，开关4，电池5，LED灯头6，所述的卡套2一端通过卡口卡装在所述杆体1上，另一端通过转轴与所述的照明壳3相配合，所述的电池5设置在所述照明壳3内，所述开关4和LED灯头6均设置在所述照明壳3上。
上述带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，所述的卡套2和照明壳3均由绝缘材料制成。
上述带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，所述的LED灯头6由多个LED发光二极管并联组成。
上述带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，照明装置可通过卡口在绝缘操作杆上随意拆装，互换性强，且照明壳3可通过转轴调节它与卡套2的倾角，从而实现不同的照明角度，该带LED照明的绝缘操作杆不仅能够有效操作电力设备，而且可以实现自行照明，克服了绝缘操作杆夜间作业的照明问题。

1.一种带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，包括杆体(1)，照明装置，其特征在于：所述的照明装置又包括卡套(2)，照明壳(3)，开关(4)，电池(5)，LED灯头(6)，所述的卡套(2)一端通过卡口卡装在所述杆体(1)上，另一端通过转轴与所述的照明壳(3)相配合，所述的电池(5)设置在所述照明壳(3)内，所述开关(4)和LED灯头(6)均设置在所述照明壳(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，其特征在于：所述的卡套(2)和照明壳(3)均为绝缘材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述带LED照明的绝缘操作杆，其特征在于：所述的LED灯头(6)由多个LED发光二极管并联组成。
