Abstract

本实用新型是一种反光材料的结构及其制造方法和应用,尤其指一种经由堆叠方法复合而成的层状结构的高彩反光材料。本实用新型反光材料是以复合方法层叠,其结构依次为PET膜、PU胶层、玻璃微珠、PU胶层、高透光色彩层、弹性PU胶层、金属反射层、弹性PU胶层和黏胶层。本实用新型反光材料可应用在安全帽、反光衣、反光标识标志上。

一种反光材料的结构 
技术领域
本实用新型是一种反光材料的结构及其制造方法和应用,尤其指一种经由堆叠方法复合而成的层状结构的高彩反光材料。 
背景技术
随着时代的变迁,一般已知反光贴纸已无法满足市场需求。当消费者要求反光材料其表面必须具有细致彩色图案时,一般通用的方式是利用网版印刷,将色彩油墨印在玻璃珠的表面上,以达消费者之要求目的。该网版印刷方式造成的缺点是该色彩层的涂布于玻璃珠表面时,由于玻璃珠层凸凹面之关系,在涂料干燥之后色彩层之厚度难以控制,无法均匀附着于玻璃珠层上,且造成凸面着色薄而凹面着色厚,因此必直接影响到光线由正面及侧面之反射效果有明显之差异存在,同时色彩亦无法均匀。 
再如,为了增加自行车在夜间的骑乘安全,大部分的骑乘者均会购买相关的发光警示灯安装于脚踏车上,或是在脚踏车上黏贴会反光的反光条、反光贴纸或反光装置,以达到于夜间骑乘时的安全性,而发光警示灯或反光装置皆必须另外加装于脚踏车架上,虽组装容易但也相对容易失窃及损坏。特别是此种反光条或反光贴纸均有厚度,使用一段时间后均会外在因素而损坏,使得脚踏车整体外观不佳,由于此种反光贴纸仅能针对部分位置黏贴,虽能于夜间增加显示效果,但仅针对局部分因此其效果不明显。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺失,提出一种高彩反光材料,以及该反光材料的制造方法及其应用。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:首先本实用新型高彩反光材料是以复合方法层叠,其结构依次为PET膜、PU层、玻璃微珠、PU层、高透光色彩层、弹性PU胶、金属反射层、弹性PU胶和黏胶层。 
依照上述方案,本实用新型高彩反光材料的制造方法是,先以一表面层上设置一玻璃珠层,该玻璃珠层由玻璃微珠布设而成,并且玻璃珠于布设过程中,利用黏着的方式将玻璃微珠设于该表面层上,且该玻璃珠须呈现透明状,该玻璃珠可使光线穿射,该玻璃珠层上系设有一PU层,该PU层可将该玻璃珠固定,使所述玻璃珠可更为稳固以及更为紧密,该PU层上设有一高透光色彩层,该色彩层为一全彩色图样,且该高透光色彩层通过UV印刷,将其印刷于该PU层上;高透光色彩层上再设有一金属反射层,该金属反射层具有光线折射功用,使光线照射时,经由玻璃珠穿射至该金属层后反射,使该高透光色彩层更显亮丽。金属反射层上还设有弹性PU胶和黏胶层。 
PU(Polyurethane的缩写),聚氨基甲酸酯简称聚氨酯。 
PET(Polythylene terephthalate),聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯是热塑性聚酯中最主要的品种,俗称涤纶树脂。 
本实用新型高彩反光材料可以应用于各种需要反光的产品和领域。如安全帽、反光衣、反光标识标志、反光热转印膜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型高彩反光材料是以复合方法层叠,其结构依次为表面层1,PU层2,玻璃微珠3,PU胶层4,高透光色彩层5,弹性PU胶层6,金属反射层7,弹性PU胶层8,黏胶层9。 
制造方法是,先以一PET膜作为表面层1,在其上设置一玻璃微珠层 3,该玻璃珠微层3由玻璃微珠布设而成,并且玻璃微珠于布设过程中,利用PU胶黏着的方式形成一PU胶层2,将玻璃微珠设于该表面层1上,且该玻璃珠须呈现透明状,该玻璃珠可使光线穿射。该玻璃微珠层3上还设有一PU胶层4,该PU层4可将该玻璃珠固定,使所述玻璃珠可更为稳固以及更为紧密。该PU胶层4上设有一高透光色彩层5,该色彩层为一彩色图样,且该高透光色彩层通过UV印刷,将其印刷于该PU层4上;高透光色彩层5上再设有一金属反射层7,该金属反射层7具有光线折射功用,使光线照射时,经由玻璃珠穿射至该金属层后反射,使该高透光色彩层更显亮丽。金属反射层上还设有弹性PU胶层8和黏胶层9。 
本实用新型高彩反光材料可以应用于各种需要反光的产品和领域。如本实用新型作为一种反光层,可利用转印手段将反光层可/不可撕膜之方式贴覆于对象上、且可印刷于该PU层之表面,并显示出不同图腾以增添不同的视觉感受,而高透光颜色层表面有玻璃珠层以供光线反射,将玻璃珠层黏着于PU层时,则可将PU层直接黏着于高透光颜色层上,如此,当底材弯折时能增加颜色层的延展性,使其能用于曲面复杂的对象上。 
该反光层的结构及其制程:利用转印手段提供可撕膜之方式贴覆于待贴覆物上,其中,以一底材作为与待贴覆物相披覆的媒介,且于PU层表面则印刷有一表面喷涂有具供光线反射之玻璃珠层的高W透光颜色层,于玻璃珠层表面则披覆有PU层,此涂布层不可溶于颜色层、且能脱离该玻璃珠层,因此能直接将基材以转印手段贴覆于曲面幅度小的对象上,进而降低其整体厚度。 
其它方面,本实用新型还可应用在安全帽、反光衣、反光标识标志等方面。

1.一种反光材料的结构,是以复合方法层叠,其特征在于其结构依次为PET膜、PU层、玻璃微珠、PU层、高透光色彩层、弹性PU胶、金属反射层、弹性PU胶和黏胶层。
