本实用新型属于矿山磁选机设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置。
背景技术
在矿山企业中用于选矿的磁选机上有一个磁系轴，此磁系轴为磁选机上的主要承载轴，设在磁系轴端的轴承挡板是固定的，磁系轴穿过轴承挡板内孔并在孔中旋转，由于轴承挡板的内孔与磁系轴间隙不能过大，所以磁选机运转起来后往往很容易使轴承挡板的内孔与磁系轴之间产生相互磨损，久而久之作为磁选机主要部件的磁系轴就会磨损严重，并且出现跑偏现象，导致磁系轴使用寿命缩短，影响现场磁选机正常运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，可拆卸、耐磨的磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置。

本实用新型的磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置，包括设在磁选机上的磁系轴，与此磁系轴端部连接的轴承及穿过磁系轴端的轴承挡板，其特征在于所述的磁系轴端部的外表面设有轴套，此轴套内孔与所述磁系轴端部的外表面配合连接，所述轴套的一端与所述轴承相靠接，所述轴套的另一端与固定在磁系轴上的弹性挡圈相靠接。
所述的轴套为由金属铜制成的轴套。
本实用新型的优点是：
1）由于磁系轴端增加轴套，使轴承挡板不与磁系轴接触，而轴套为金属铜制作，耐磨，一旦磨损也可以更换，从而延长了磁系轴的使用寿命，降低生产成本。
2）本实用新型结构简单，制造安装容易，实用性强。

如图1所示，本实用新型的磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置，包括设在磁选机上的磁系轴3，与此磁系轴3的端部连接的轴承5及穿过磁系轴3端的轴承挡板1，其特征在于所述的磁系轴3端部的外表面设有轴套2，此轴套2内孔与所述磁系轴3端部的外表面配合连接，所述轴套2的一端与所述轴承5相靠接，所述轴套2的另一端与固定在磁系轴3上的弹性挡圈4相靠接。
所述的轴套2为由金属铜制成的轴套。
本实用新型结构简单，加工、安装容易，实用价值高，延长设备维修周期，降低生产成本。

1.一种磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置，包括设在磁选机上的磁系轴，与此磁系轴的端部连接的轴承及穿过磁系轴端的轴承挡板，其特征在于所述的磁系轴端部的外表面设有轴套，此轴套内孔与所述磁系轴端部的外表面配合连接，所述轴套的一端与所述轴承相靠接，所述轴套的另一端与固定在磁系轴上的弹性挡圈相靠接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁选机磁系轴端的保护装置，其特征在于所述的轴套为由金属铜制成的轴套。
