Abstract

一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，四侧面上部设有对应榫和槽，在基板层的上表面粘接木皮层，木皮层上粘接有耐磨纸层，在基板层下表面粘接平衡层和底层，底层是采用软木压制而成的薄层，具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构。本实用新型所的底层采用的栓皮具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构，具有良好的吸音、隔震效果，而且为环保性材料，无毒、无味、无放射性，不污染环境。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑物内的地面构件，具体为一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越追求贴近于大自然的生活环境，在建筑装饰等方面追求一种自然的真实美，正因为这个原因，在地面装饰上主要趋向于选择优质的实木地板，这无疑导致了地球上森林资源的急剧减少，严重影响了生态平衡，并进一步影响了人类自己的生存环境，而且纯实木地板存在易变形、耐磨性差、需要龙骨夹板、安装复杂等缺点，因此纯实木地板已经渐渐被复合地板所取代。
实木复合地板底部一般都只设有平衡层，使之在安装时平整美观，传统实木复合地板的平衡层采用浸渍平衡纸或者实木单板，由于厚度跟硬度的关系，这两种结构的平衡层静音、防震的效果均不十分理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，地板四侧面上部设有对应榫和槽，板与板之间连接时，一板的榫与另一板的槽对应连接，即将其中一块复合地板的榫嵌入另一块复合地板的槽内，可以将其拼接起来，从而组合成需要面积和形状的地板平面。
本实用新型包括木皮层、耐磨层、基板层、平衡层，在基板层的上表面粘接木皮层，木皮层上粘接有耐磨纸层，在基板层下表面粘接平衡层，平衡层下表面压贴具有减噪防震等作用的底层，所述底层是采用软木压制而成的薄层。
本实用新型中，所述底层具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构，一般采用栓皮栎树的木栓质外皮——栓皮。
有益效果：本实用新型所采用的底层采用的栓皮具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构，具有良好的吸音、隔震效果，而且为环保性材料，无毒、无味、无放射性，不污染环境。

为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本实用新型。
参见图1，一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，地板四侧面上部设有对应榫1和槽2，板与板之间连接时，一板的榫1与另一板的槽2对应连接，即将其中一块复合地板的榫1嵌入另一块复合地板的槽2内，可以将其拼接起来，从而组合成需要面积和形状的地板平面。
本实用新型包括基板层3、木皮层4、耐磨层5、平衡层6，在基板层3的上表面粘接木皮层4，木皮层4上粘接有耐磨层5，在基板层3下表面粘接平衡层6，平衡层6下面压贴底层7，底层7是采用软木压制而成薄层，参见图2，所述底层7具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构，本具体实施例中，采用栓皮栎树的木栓质外皮——栓皮，这种树采剥皮之后不影响其生长，并可重复采剥，不破坏生态环境，而且具有的蜂窝状气囊结构使之具有良好的吸音、减震效果。

1.一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，四侧面上设有对应榫和槽，在基板层的上表面粘接木皮层，木皮层上粘接有耐磨纸层，在基板层下表面粘接平衡层，其特征在于，所述平衡层下表面压贴底层，所述底层是采用软木压制而成的薄层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有环保型底层结构的复合地板，其特征在于，所述底层具有蜂窝状气囊细胞结构。
