为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：本实用新型的新型水桶，包括桶体和提手，在桶体靠近桶口的位置套接一固定环，在桶体底部固定一底座，在底座侧面铰接一把手，在底座下表面设有滚轮。
