本实用新型公开了一种硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,属绝缘电缆,它包括绝缘层(2)与至少两根软导体(1),以及套在软导体外的硅橡胶外护套(5),软导体(1)由绝缘层(2)整体包覆,硅橡胶外护套(5)与绝缘层(2)之间还设置有填充层(3),且硅橡胶外护套(5)内侧还设置有成缆绕包层(4);所述的绝缘层(2)是硅橡胶绝缘层。硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆可在-40~90℃的温度区间中使用并保持不变形,尤其适合在风力发电系统中使用,保证了风力发电系统的正常运转,同时风力发电机专用特种橡胶弹性体外护套还可防止恶劣气候造成的腐蚀氧化,具有的阻燃、防腐蚀、抗臭氧的优点,且结构简单,适合工业化生产,易于推广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种绝缘电缆,更具体的说是一种硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆。 
背景技术
随着世界能源需求的增长,风力发电也越来越受到重视。在风力发电系统中,线缆是能量传输、信号传递和拖链控制的重要部件,与风力发电设备一起安装在气候恶劣的环境中,对整个风力发电设备的正常运转起着非常重要的作用。硅橡胶是目前公知的耐高低温性能好,而且不易被化学物质所腐蚀的材料,为适应恶劣的气候环境,风力发电系统中所广泛采用的是以硅橡胶为护套的电缆,根据风力发电的特点,其应用的部分电缆需要能够在-40~180℃的环境条件下保持高柔性、抗撕裂、抗扭转等性能,还需要满足良好的阻燃、防腐蚀、低损耗等要求。目前,市面上的硅橡胶电缆很多,但是其硅橡胶外护套材质较差,且易开裂、发硬,更不能进行扭转的运作,而且在高温、低温不能满足移动的要求,因此故障率高,电缆损坏后又必须更换电缆,如果没有及时发现线缆故障还易发生安全事故,降低了风力发电系统的发电效率。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述不足,提供一种具有橡胶弹性体外护套的多芯电缆,可在高温、低温环境中抗撕裂、能承受高落差条件下的高负荷持续扭转的一种硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆。 
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
本实用新型的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,它包括绝缘层与至少两根软导体,以及套在电缆最外部的硅橡胶外护套,软导体由绝缘层整体包覆,硅橡胶外护套内侧还设置有成缆绕包层,成缆绕包层与绝缘层之间还设置有填充层;所述的绝缘层是硅橡胶绝缘层。 
更进一步的技术方案是:所述的填充层为聚丙烯塑料层,应用于多芯电缆的填充,以使电缆圆整。 
更进一步的技术方案是:所述的成缆绕包层为加强轻型无纺布。 
更进一步的技术方案是:所述的软导体为镀锡软铜导体。 
本实用新型还可以:所述的硅橡胶外护套与硅橡胶绝缘层是橡胶弹性体。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆可在-40~180℃的温度区间中使用并保持不变形,尤其适合在风力发电系统中使用,同时可在低温环境中抗撕裂、适应扭曲,可满足在高负荷下持续扭转不少于6000次的要求,保证了风力发电系统的正常运转,同时橡胶弹性体外护套还可防止恶劣气候造成的腐蚀氧化,具有的阻燃、防腐蚀、抗臭氧的优点,且结构简单,适合工业化生产,易于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步阐述。 
如图1所示,本实用新型的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,它由绝 缘层2与五根镀锡软铜导体1所组成,套在电缆最外部的硅橡胶外护套5,软导体1由绝缘层2整体包覆,硅橡胶外护套5内侧还设置有厚度小于或等于0.1mm的加强轻型无纺布成缆绕包层4,成缆绕包层4与绝缘层2之间还设置有填充层3;所述的绝缘层2是硅橡胶绝缘层,所述的硅橡胶外护套5与硅橡胶绝缘层是橡胶弹性体。 
制作时,采用束丝机进行股线的绞制,用硅橡胶挤出生产线在镀锡软铜导体1上挤包风力发电机专用特种橡胶弹性体绝缘层2,同时在线检测,在成缆机进行制作填充层3和成缆绕包层4,最后使用硅橡胶挤出生产线在成缆绕包层4上挤包一层橡胶弹性体的护套5。

1.一种硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,它包括绝缘层(2)与至少两根软导体(1),以及套在电缆最外部的硅橡胶外护套(5),软导体(1)由绝缘层(2)整体包覆,其特征在于:硅橡胶外护套(5)内侧还设置有成缆绕包层(4),成缆绕包层(4)与绝缘层(2)之间还设置有填充层(3);所述的绝缘层(2)是硅橡胶绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充层(3)为聚丙烯塑料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的成缆绕包层(4)为加强轻型无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的软导体(1)为镀锡软铜导体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶绝缘护套多芯柔性耐高温电缆,其特征在于:所述的硅橡胶外护套(5)与硅橡胶绝缘层是橡胶弹性体。
