本实用新型公开了一种低压LED灯串电路结构,包括有从电源正负端引出的二根主接线,其特征在于:二根主接线之间并联有数个支路,每个支路均由限流电阻和数组LED灯串相互串联组成,每组LED灯串均由两颗或多颗LED灯相互并联组成。本实用新型电路解决了传统低压LED灯串容易存在的LED暗或不发光、LED烧毁以及对电源要求高等问题,同时也解决了电源电压的波动,多组灯串相互串接后造成的线损能够使整个灯串发光达到平衡,大大降低了对电源的苛刻要求,同时长线路的灯串串接,使得线路线损也能充分发挥电源的效率,因此降低了产品成本,大大提高了产品品质和产品性能。

本实用新型涉及LED灯串电路,具体涉及一种低压LED灯串电路。
背景技术
传统的LED低压灯串简单的按照LED导通电压之和,然后和电源电压相匹配作为电源的负载。而任何电源都有一定的电压范围,同时LED同样具有半导体二极管的基本特性,都有阀值电压。
因此,电源电压的波动,负载的多串连接造成的线损,都会引起LED低电流不会发光,或高电电流LED损坏烧毁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种低压LED灯串的电路结构,以解决传统低压LED灯串容易存在的LED暗或不发光、LED烧毁以及对电源要求高等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种低压LED灯串电路结构,包括有从电源正负端引出的二根主接线,其特征在于:所述的二根主接线之间并联有数个支路,每个支路均由限流电阻和数组LED灯串相互串联组成,每组LED灯串均由两颗或多颗LED灯相互并联组成。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型电路不仅利用了电阻的限流作用,同时也解决了电源电压的波动,多组灯串相互串接后造成的线损后,能够使整个灯串发光的平衡作用;再则,其中一个LED短路或开路整个灯串正常工作,不会去影响其他并联或串接的灯串。
本实用新型大大降低对电源的苛刻要求,同时长线路的灯串串接,使得线路线损也能充分发挥电源的效率,因此降低产品成本,大大的提高了产品品质和产品性能。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种低压LED灯串电路结构,包括有从电源正负端引出的二根主接线,二根主接线之间并联有数个支路,每个支路均由限流电阻R和数组LED灯串相互串联组成,每组LED灯串均由两颗或多颗LED灯相互并联组成。
本实施例中二根主接线之间并联有二个支路,每个支路上有5组LED灯串,每组LED灯串由两颗LED灯相互并联组成,即N1-1与N1-2并联,…,N1-9与N1-10并联,N2-1与N2-2并联,…,N2-9与N2-10并联。
以24V为例,在受到电源电压波动时,其中一颗LED短路或开路,以及由于线损,造成末端电压下降时,整个并联支路通过电阻R的调节作用都不会相互影响而保证正常工作,同时能够发挥电源的最大效率,其电路核心原理是LED灯串联导通电压之和小于电源电压。
