本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种活动性好、容易清洗、节约性好的节能两用笔。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种节能两用笔，包括笔杆，其特征是：所述笔杆通过螺旋纹活动连接有配套的中性笔笔头或钢笔笔头，笔杆内置有相应的活塞，笔杆尾端设有活塞卡；所述中性笔笔头和钢笔笔头分别带有笔芯。
