本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统笔筒的不足，提供一种能防止笔具散落的新型笔筒。
为实现上述技术问题本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
新型笔筒包括筒壁、筒底和筒腔，在筒腔内部的筒底上设有一个笔座，笔座是一个由橡胶制成的扁的圆柱体，笔座上面设有多个竖直的粗细不同的插笔孔，插笔孔用来固定各种笔具，每个插笔孔可以插放一支笔。
采用上述技术方案后本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本新型笔筒内设有笔座，笔座上面设有插笔孔，因此在用笔筒存放笔具时，可以把各种笔插入到不同的插笔孔中，不但能使笔筒中的各种笔更加整体美观，而且能把各种笔固定在笔筒内的笔座上，从而防止笔筒歪倒后笔具四处散落现象的发生。

如附图1所示：新型笔筒包括筒壁1、筒底2和筒腔3，在筒腔3内部的筒底2上设有一个笔座4，笔座4是一个由橡胶制成的扁的圆柱体，笔座4上面设有多个竖直的粗细不同的插笔孔5，插笔孔5用来固定各种笔具，每个插笔孔5可以插放一支笔。
在使用本新型笔筒的过程中，当需要把笔存储到笔筒中时，在笔座4中选择一个大小合适的插笔孔5，然后把笔插入其中即可，这样插笔孔5就能把笔固定住，从而能防止笔筒歪倒时发生各种笔具四处散落的现象。
