Abstract
一种深静脉导管装置，由导管、联接件、外延管、夹片、外延管管座、肝素帽组成。导管内包含三个或三个以上的腔，导管侧腔的外侧壁上至少开有一个侧孔，导管由聚氨酯材料制成。导管具有多腔结构，腔数可随临床应用改变，充分满足目前及未来临床需求；导管采用硬度随温度可变的材料制成，常温下呈现硬质利于置管，进入体内后变得非常柔软。导管的尖端使用特殊的聚氨酯材质，经过软化处理，可以最大程度地避免插管过程中对血管的损伤。

本实用新型涉及一种深静脉导管装置，特别是使用一种多腔且硬度可变的导管。属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
目前深静脉导管已得到广泛的应用，如为重病人及大手术病人的持续和间断性静脉输液、监测中心静脉压力、全肠外中心静脉营养、输注高渗或刺激性的溶液、输血或血液制品、采集血液标本等。现有的中心静脉导管一般为单腔和双腔，当在输入两种以上有配伍禁忌的药物，或同时实施多种临床监测手段时，单腔和双腔导管不能完全满足需求。此外，现有的导管材料以硅胶和聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯为主，但各有缺点。硅胶是一种非常柔软的材料，导致置管过程困难，甚至可能导致置管失败延误治疗时机。聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯是一类较硬的材料，容易置管，但置管和滞留在血管的留置过程中时，特别是对婴幼儿患者，可能对血管造成伤害甚至贯穿，引起血胸危及患者健康甚至生命。
发明内容
为了克服导管腔数不够多，以及导管过硬或过软的缺点。本实用新型提供一种深静脉导管装置，该深静脉导管装置使用三腔或者三腔以上的导管，其中导管在常温(23℃±2℃)下有一定硬度易于置管，置管后置入人体部分随着升高至体温(37℃±1℃)时变得非常柔软，与血管的相容性极好。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
导管装置由导管、联接件、外延管、夹片、外延管管座、肝素帽组成。导管内设有三个或三个以上的腔，分为一个主腔和2-4个侧腔，主腔出口为导管尖端，侧腔出口在导管管壁上的侧孔且在尖端封闭。于导管另一端连接有联接件，导管通过联接件分别与主腔外延管和侧腔外延管连接。主、侧腔外延管一端各连接有外延管管座，外延管管座用肝素帽密封。
导管侧腔的外侧壁上至少开有一个侧孔，且均匀分布在靠近导管尖端处。
导管在靠近联接件位置处设有固定夹，于主、侧腔外延管上分别设有夹片。
导管由聚氨酯材料制成，该材料的硬度随温度可变。导管尖端材料比管体的硬度更小、更柔软。
本实用新型的有益效果是：导管具有多腔结构，腔数可随临床应用改变，充分满足目前及未来临床需求；导管采用硬度随温度可变的材料制成，常温下呈现硬质利于置管，进入体内后变得非常柔软。导管的尖端使用特殊的聚氨酯材质，精致光滑的导管头端、焊接成形，表面超滑处理，使导管插入血管中更加容易、安全。且与导管一体化设计的尖端软头，经过软化处理，可以最大程度地避免插管过程中对血管的损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施情况，但它们并不构成对本实用新型的限定，仅作举例而已。如图1、图2所示。
导管1内设有三个腔，分为一个主腔9和2个侧腔10，主腔9出口为导管尖端7，侧腔10出口在导管1管壁上的侧孔8且在尖端7封闭。导管1另一端连接有联接件2，导管1通过联接件2分别与主腔外延管3和侧腔外延管连接。主腔与侧腔各外延管另一端各连接有外延管管座5，外延管管座5用肝素帽6密封。
导管1还可设计成包含多个腔室的结构。例如三腔和四腔。如图3所示。

1.一种深静脉导管装置，由导管、联接件、外延管、夹片、外延管管座、肝素帽组成，其特征是：导管内设有三个或三个以上的腔，分为一个主腔和2-4个侧腔，主腔出口为导管尖端，侧腔出口在导管管壁上的侧孔且在尖端封闭，于导管另一端连接有联接件，导管通过联接件分别与主腔外延管和侧腔外延管连接，主、侧腔外延管一端各连接有外延管管座，外延管管座用肝素帽密封，导管侧腔的外侧壁上至少开有一个侧孔，且均匀分布在靠近导管尖端处，导管在靠近联接件位置处设有固定夹，于主、侧腔外延管上分别设有夹片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深静脉导管装置，其特征是：导管由聚氨酯制造，导管尖比管体的硬度更小、更柔软。
