本实用新型涉及一种物料散装集装化包装袋，用于长途运输散装物料的包装物。
背景技术：
目前国内运输粉状或颗粒状货物，如面粉、淀粉、全价饲料、水泥、聚乙烯等大部分采用定量的25KG、40KG包装或部分采用500KG、1000KG包装，在大量产品长途运输过程中，需要大量的人力和机械作业，同时在转运过程中易产生污染和损耗。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种物料散装集装化包装袋，其适用于20英尺集装箱内部尺寸，能够紧密贴合并悬挂于集装箱内壁，有效利用空间，能够提高装载量10％-20％，降低了包装成本，可以重复使用。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：物料散装集装化包装袋，其特征在于：袋体的侧面和底部设有加强筋，加强筋顶连接有加强吊环，袋体的底角处开有进出料口，上角处开有排气口。
所述的进出料口和排气口同在袋体的一侧。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：物料散装集装化包装袋，其特征在于：袋体的侧面和底部设有加强筋1，加强筋1顶连接有加强吊环2，袋体的底角处开有进出料口3，上角处开有排气口4。
所述的进出料口3和排气口4同在袋体的一侧。
装料前将集装箱内清理干净并将包装袋上的加强吊环2悬挂加固于集装箱内，将集装箱的内侧箱门关闭，包装袋进出料口3设计在集装箱开门处外门一侧，将进出料口3与物料储罐连接，将排气口4与物料储罐回风口连接。物料由密闭储罐直接进入包装袋内，空气排气口4接入密闭储罐回收部分物料排出空气，待物料装满后将进出料口3和空气排气口4系紧并整理好后，关闭集装箱箱门即完成装料。此种运输方式适用于铁海、公铁、公海等联运，在转运及储存过程中对货物没有影响，不用开箱倒运。

2.根据权利要求1所述的物料散装集装化包装袋，其特征在于所述的进出料口(3)和排气口(4)同在袋体的一侧。
