本实用新型涉及一种管道弯头，尤其是镶铜内螺纹90°弯头。
背景技术
目前管路中，使用的弯头连接件，由于弯道比之直管道密封性稍差，管材十分容易氧化腐蚀，影响实际的使用寿命，污染水质，管材容易受热胀冷缩影响，时间一久，影响连接件的密封性，造成漏水现象，而通常的粘合方法工艺要求高，在安装过程中缺乏技术保障。

本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种安装方便、耐高压的镶铜内螺纹90°弯头，镶铜内螺纹具有延展性，镶铜内螺纹90°弯头与外管材通过螺纹旋接后，连接位置密封性更好，可防止出现渗漏现象。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：镶铜内螺纹90°弯头，它由塑料管a和塑料管b成90°角连接组成，塑料管a和塑料管b内部连通，塑料管a内壁嵌有带铜内螺纹的金属层，构成一个整体。塑料管a外径较大，塑料管a内螺纹里端设有限位台阶a，塑料管b外径较小，塑料管内壁靠近连通处设有限位台阶b，塑料管a端头表面上设有多个与塑料管a轴向平行的防滑片，以便于安装，镶铜内螺纹90°弯头通过镶铜螺纹旋接在其他管材上。
通过上面的叙述可以看出，本实用新型有以下优点：密封牢靠，连接方便，不会出现渗漏现象。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：如图1所示，镶铜内螺纹90°弯头由塑料管a1和塑料管b2成90°角连接组成，塑料管a1和塑料管b2内部连通，塑料管a1和塑料管b2采用一次共挤注塑形成，塑料管a1内壁嵌有带铜内螺纹的金属层3，塑料管a1外径较大，塑料管a1内螺纹里端设有限位台阶a5，以保证外管材连接端到达限位台阶a5后不再继续旋进，塑料管b2外径较小，塑料管b2内壁靠近连通处设有限位台阶b6，限制外管材的接入深度，使热熔连接效果最好，塑料管a1端头表面上设有多个与塑料管a1轴向平行的防滑片4，构成一个整体。镶铜内螺纹90°弯头通过内螺纹旋接在管路弯道处。
