本实用新型涉及一种LED面板灯。
背景技术
麻烦您补充以前的LED面板灯是什么结构?这种结构的LED面板灯存在能耗偏高的问题。原来的面板灯是用T8荧光灯管做成栅栏灯,能耗偏高且会产生眩光。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种降低能耗的LED面板灯。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种LED面板灯,包括导光板,其特征在于,在导光板的上下两端分别设有扩散膜片及反射膜片,在扩散膜片上设有相互垂直的第一极光棱镜膜片及第二极光棱镜膜片,在导光板的侧边设有LED灯条,在LED灯条外包裹有反射膜片。
本实用新型的优点是:在达到同样照明度的情况下,可节能达30%以上。

以下结合实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
实施例
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种LED面板灯,包括导光板2,在导光板2的下端设有反射膜片4,在导光板2的侧边设有LED灯条1,在LED灯条1和导光板2外包裹铝合金型材3。在该图中竖直箭头5代表入光方向,水平箭头6代表出光方向。
本实用新型面光源采用TFT-LCD背光源导光板技术,以光学级PMMA为基材,在恒温恒湿无尘环境下,采用光谱分析原理制成导光板,配合LED光源,组成节能灯具面光源系统,面光源按九点测量法均匀度要求达到75%以上。

1.一种LED面板灯,包括导光板(2),其特征在于,在导光板(2)的下端设有反射膜片(4),在导光板(2)的侧边设有LED灯条(1),在LED灯条(1)和导光板(2)外包裹有铝合金型材(3)。
