Description

双密封医用供气快速阀
(一)、技术领域本实用新型涉及一种医用供气快速阀，属于医用中心供气系统的配套器械，用作医院病房、手术室供气的快速连接插座。
(二)、背景技术传统的快速阀一般采用一次性密封。采用一次性密封时间久了容易产生密封不严而发生气体泄漏，气体发生泄漏后极易发生危险，对人身产生伤害，且单一密封垫使用寿命短。
(三)、实用新型内容本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种双密封医用供气快速阀，以减少气体产生泄漏的可能性，增加快速阀的使用寿命，以克服现有快速阀的缺陷。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下：
一种双密封医用供气快速阀，包括底座和阀芯座，底座和阀芯座通过调整平肩连接，阀芯位于阀芯座中，其特征在于：底座的腔内自下而上依次放置锥形弹簧和钢球，密封套内设置有两个O型密封圈，密封套上端依次设置有密封垫和调整平肩，密封套通过调整螺母与底座螺纹连接；调整平肩内设置有阀芯弹簧和阀芯密封垫。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：通过钢球和弹簧密封结构以及阀芯弹簧和阀芯密封垫密封结构实现阀门的双密封，以减少气体产生泄漏的可能性，增加快速阀的使用寿命。阀体内部两次密封都采用活接形式连接，安装维修拆卸方便。

如图1所述，本装置包括安装于固定支架上的底座2，底座2与调整平肩6下部螺纹连接，调整平肩6上部与阀芯座9螺纹连接。阀芯7位于阀芯座9中，气体插头10插入阀芯座9中。底座2的腔内自下而上依次放置锥形弹簧1和钢球13。密封套11内设置有两个O型密封圈12，密封套11上端依次设置有密封垫4和调整平肩6，密封套11通过调整螺母3与底座2螺纹连接。调整平肩6内设置有阀芯弹簧5和阀芯密封垫8。底座2一侧连接气体入口14。
工作原理如下：
当气体插头10未插入快速阀内时：气体经气体入口14进入快速阀，由于件锥形弹簧1的作用将钢球13顶入O型密封圈12，将气体密封；若气体有渗漏时，气体进入调整平肩6腔内，由于阀芯弹簧5的作用将阀芯7顶入阀芯密封垫8，将气体密封。
当气体插头10插入快速阀内时：气体插头10将阀芯7顶开，阀芯7同时将钢球13顶开，气体进入底座2腔内，由于钢球13已被件阀芯7顶开，气体经过密封套11进入调整平肩6腔内，后经阀芯7两侧的缺口进入气体插头10，然后供给用户。

1.一种双密封医用供气快速阀，包括底座(2)和阀芯座(9)，底座(2)和阀芯座(9)通过调整平肩(6)连接，阀芯(7)位于阀芯座(9)中，其特征在于：底座(2)的腔内自下而上依次放置锥形弹簧(1)和钢球(13)，密封套(11)内设置有两个O型密封圈(12)，密封套(11)上端依次设置有密封垫(4)和调整平肩(6)，密封套(11)通过调整螺母(3)与底座(2)螺纹连接；调整平肩(6)内设置有阀芯弹簧(5)和阀芯密封垫(8)。
